Captain chair? hmm its my first time to hear that exercise, hehe. how do i do that?Joey007 said:heh. lookin great dude.
just keep losing the bf %
& you should target your lower abdominals if you haven't , do more hanging leg raises. do like 20 reps if you can, 3 reps. and also try captain's chair, 25 reps , 3 sets
works wonders.
i myself needs to lose a few more bf % , few more weeks to go -0-

Joey007 said:photos ^^ example of the captain's chair
The Captain's Chair is the second most effective move for the rectus abdominis as well as the obliques and can be found in most health clubs and gyms. To do it right:
1. Stand on chair and grip handholds to stabilize your upper body.
2. Press your back against the pad and contract the abs to raise the legs and lift knees towards your chest.
3 sets. 25 reps :]
*you can also try doing full knee ins or just doing full leg ups some people try doing this swinging their legs up and down in a quick momentum. You should try it.
