Hey everyone,
I am Abhay, and I have finally after years of being overweight have decided to start being healthy.My goal is to eat healthy and exercise after which weight loss will follow naturally.
I have started on 10 th January but my weighting machine just came today so I am starting my dairy today.
My current weight-208.8 lbs
Height- 5 foot 11 inches
My goal-eh I don't have a goal but losing 20 lbs first would motivate me further.
What I Ate Today-I want to cook almost all foods in home and avoid as much packaged food and junk food as I can.
Breakfast-1 Apple and 2 kiwis
Grilled Veggie sandwich x 2 (cucumber,tomatoes,sauce made up of crushed mint,paprika,cheese *I don't know if it was a good idea but it was a little bit in amount.)
Lunch-
Okra curry with 2 roti bread (I am Indian so curry would come up often)
and a banana
Dinner-eggplant curry and 2 roti bread
Corn soup (I have some ready to make corn soup but I decided to make it at home from internet and woohoo it came out good)
So that was all I had and
Exercises I did-
2 mile walking in morning and some jogging in between (I don't know if 2 miles is fine or I need more walking)
9 minutes cardio workout from fitness blender (a YouTube channel)
3 mile cycling (for some work)
I just walked a mile now at night because it feels amazing to walk at night.
I don't know if it's enough exercise but that's what I did.
