abears aug-sept training log

day 28

3:11pm - 4:07pm

squats 200x1 - 220x1 - 255x1 (new personal best)
bench press 130x1 - 140x1 - 175x1 (new personal best)
shoulder press 90x1 - 100x1 - missed 135x1 - 130x1
bent over row 100x1 - 110x1 - 145x1 (new personal best)

3 out of 4. i got the 135 up halfway on the shoulder press but couldnt push it all the way. started cursing and took a walk through the house to catch myself, but i came back and got 130. then followed by getting the bent over rows. a few months ago this would have destroyed the whole workout but thankfully i'm not like that anymore.

the 175 on the bench was a son of a gun to push but i got it without breaking form. little dissapointed because i wanted to do more than this. but they cant all be gems like daniel john says.

measurements tomorrow

Yeah, I can only imagine.

Nice training, basic and simple. Squat seems to be a strength for you, just the opposite for me haha.
