Hi all
Went for a splendid long walk with a dear childhood friend today, probably for an hour or so. Then guess what? I came home and got right on that 'mill for my hour! Feels so good. Mmm-mmm I can just taste summer time and lazy days on the beach - this time feeling GREAT about how I look, and not trying to hide under t-shirts!
I really, really want to be able to celebrate breaking through the 50 lb barrier at Weight Watchers. I won't go this week (closed for the long weekend) so surely do expect to see a decent loss when I next get weighed!
cheers

LOL

gross!
But when I look in the mirror now just in my skivvies, I can see that my waist is teeny, tiny compared to what it once was.
*sigh* But it really has become a priority for me, and my family just accepts it.
*sigh* Maybe this is God's way of slowing me down over the Easter weekend...

So what did I do? Fuss and fume? Cry? Nope. I left my name at all the stores in case it gets turned in - THEN I MARCHED BACK TO THE STORE AND BOUGHT IT AGAIN! LOL
