Yes, go for the WW on-line! Many people use the online programme, and totally lose on it! It is a great option for folks who can't get to meetings or who just prefer to lose with on-line support.
I just want to clarify that I was actually on the 'mill for the whole hour -just ran for half of it rather than only in commercials! Man, it felt sooooo good. I will try that again tomorrow.

) I am wanting to do my workout outdoors, but I know I would have to jog the whole time just to match the intensity of my 'mill workout, because I do it on such a serious incline.






However, as per previous weeks, I know that my exercising like a maniac does not guarantee any large loss. In fact, I seem to be losing more slowly than ever now, I am sure it is because there is just plain less to lose. I looove closing in on that 50 pound mark!
