Hey, I have a regular workout routine:
Monday - Biceps, Forearms, Back
Tuesday - Abs
Wednesday - Triceps, Chest, Shoulders
Thursday - Abs
Saturday - All
So, am I allowed to have a small ab workout at the end of each day too? I heard you should give 1 day rest between working out the same muscle group, but I also heard that you should work off what you eat during the day by doing sit ups at the end of the day.
