Let's get this show on the road.
I am 23 years old, 255 pounds, and so sick of my lifestyle and how I feel. I have never been a tiny girl, but this is the heaviest I have ever been and I really need to get to a healthy weight (both for how I feel and for my health). I was a member of this forum under a different name years ago and don't remember my password, so with this new name, I'm giving myself a new chance to make changes to myself. This new journey is going to happen, and I'm not going to stop until I see some drastic changes in my life.
I am currently a full time student and work nearly full time as well, so I am busy, but by no means am I going to use that as an excuse anymore for not exercising. Beginning tomorrow, I will post my calories and exercise in this diary and keep track of my progress in this thread so that I feel accountable (whether I do well or poorly) for my changes. I will post more about me and my life as I get going, but this will do for now.
Starting weight: 255 lbs
Goal weight: 150 lbs
Goal weight by Christmas: 225 lbs (I feel like this is something I CAN do, so I WILL.)
Calorie intake goal: 1,600-1,800 per day
Exercise goal: TBA
