Ughhh, I've been on college tours since Tuesday, and therefor have been staying at hotels which don't have gyms and haven't been able to exercise since Tuesday morning! Also, I have to eat out so much since I'm not home to cook anything up! I feel so gross with all this eating out, and I just know I've been gaining weight!! Luckily, I brought my trusty, delicious rice crackers with me, so at least my munchies have been held at bay.
Anyways:
7/29/10
9:30-10:30
-Rice Cracker
*90 calories
-Latte+small chocolate
*200 calories
12:00
-yogurt land ( I know...
but, I only had a itsy tiny bit)
*150 calories
1:30
-pita bread/hummus
*151 calories
3:30
-meat kabob/rice (split a plate with my mom)
*300 calories?
7:30
-teriyaki beef/rice/a little salad
*400 calories?
for a total of 1,260 calories, though I think I estimated some wrong, I feel heavier than that. Though when I think about it, I ate small servings so maybe it is the right amount?
Also, the hotel I'm currently in has a 24 hour gym...already 9 at night and I don't think I have it in me...blah. I'll wake up early tomorrow morning and try to get a good workout going.
Have a nice night!

) But, I have reason to be concerned about my weight. My dad's side is GREAT health-wise. Skinny-medium build, no diabetes, fantastic blood pressure. But, my mom's side has a history of being overweight, SUPER high blood pressure and diabetes like crazy. I know that once my metabolism slows down and I get off track, it will be all downhill! That's why I'm trying to start early with staying healthy and thin, but I agree with the need to eat more nutrients! Thanks for the feedback, though! I really appreciate it!
