OK - I think I'm just too sore to go work out. *sigh* I really want to, but I don't think I have it in me. Maybe I'll muster up the energy and sometimes it helps with soreness to just suck it up and get another work-out in.
OK - so this weekend I'm headed off to a resort for a friend's 40th! A group of 4 friends (plus me) is going. I'm so excited! We're going to go outlet shopping on our way, we're getting spa treatments in the afternoon, we have dinner reservations and then Sunday morning we're going to work out: tennis, gym, swimming, etc. It's a really healthy group of women, so I think I have a good chance of staying on track. There will be a lot of drinking, but since I don't drink, I'll be ok.
