I'm so sorry I've been MIA! I just have had such time management trouble lately. Just not enough hours in the day, you know? I had to cut out internet time (other than glancing at emails) and reading books. Trying to fit in extra work-out time and organize our life. *sigh* I've been at it a week and have made very little progress.
Anyhow, I am stuck at 161. In April I have a plan to work out 5 x's a week and will be very strict about 1500 calories per day. We'll see if I can get out of this 161 slump. I only worked out 2-3 times a week in March. Not good.
So sorry to have bailed out on all of you! I just can't seem to juggle two kids, a part time job, this diet, and my extended family who seems ever so needy lately. And I'm working on a City Council campaign!! I forgot that one. A good friend is running. We managed to get our other friend elected 2 years ago so successfully that now we want another young, hip female on the Council. Fun!!
