I am so sick! I don't think I've been this sick in years. Last night I layed down to read a story to my son and my ear felt like it was going to explode, then my eye felt like it was going to pop out. Owie. I called in sick this morning for work, then couldn't go back to sleep and felt guilty so I got my ass out of bed and came in two hours late. I'm miserable. I havn't eaten all day, didn't eat last night, can't smell or taste anything and no matter how much water I drink I still feel dehydrated and my lips are really dry. I hate sick. Sorry for the complaining, but whatever, its my journal and I'll cry if I want to.

oooh Tammy you said the "s" word! Thats bad juju around here before May...lol. Seriously, we'll have snow and super cold weather till around may.

I feel a *bit* better today. I had my co worker check my ear for me and I have accute otitis media...lol, or in other words an ear infection from hell. No wonder it hurt so bad. Today I just have the sinus headache and the pseudophedrine buzz going on. But I still can't taste or smell anything which has been good to me because I'm back down at 189 and my ticker is no longer lying (actually I was 188 this am, but I won't call it official till I see that number for a couple of days in a row).

I found a horrible fat pic of me from an art show last april. I want somebody to take a pic of me today for a comparison photo so you all may see pics of me today (if I can find a computer in this office with photo manipulation software so I can blot out my ugly mug). I guess I could just post the fat pic, its motivation at the very least, for me to get off my fat ass and get moving again.

and your at 189 YAY! I can't wait to see your pics I posted mine with bathing suites on I felt very uncomfy but I can see a differnce.Have a nice day tammy
 
Relapse, still sick as a dog. I had a good day yesterday though and today I'm down to 187 so I'm am going to officially change my ticker.
 
What time? I've taken a total of two hours off work this week being this sick. And I don't think my antibiotics are working because now my left ear is as plugged up and painful as my right ear...its making me dizzy and I almost blacked out at the library during my lunch hour. I think that happened from the antibiotics though, I'm taking a kind I've never had before. I'm going to say it. I feel like shit! I want my mommy (who decided to go on vacation this morning to get away from her pathetic sick family...lol).

I hate to sound like a nag but did you call the doctor about your reaction to the antibiotic?

Alaska is doing a heavy ad campaign on TV to eat more crab and salmon - I think of you every time I see it.
 
Well, I did talk to my Dr. because she works in the room just next to my office, she told me to eat food before taking the antibiotics, not after and to drink more water.

Randy, you should eat more Alaskan crab and salmon. Not only is it good for you, but those processors have to pay a shit pile of taxes which keep our school district consistently in the top 100 in the US and my kid needs a good education...soooo...eat up! And nice to see you hanging around again you busy body!

My budget doesn't allow for 32.00 a pound food too often, sorry :( Parmigiano-Reggiano would be my first choice anyway.
 
flying by to check in, can't stay for long. I have pneumonia, I came to my office today for a re-check, yup, still sick as hell. Just wanted to log on and say hi and I'm not dead yet.
