Breakfast: 50g porridge & blueberries (201 cals)
Lunch: Left over roast & a yoghurt (418 cals)
Dinner: Veg lasagne & light salad cream (307 cals)
Snacks: 5 coffee's!!!!!!! 2 kiwi's, granola bar & a banana (428 cals)
Total calories = 1354
Exercise: 5 mile run!!!
I woke up in a really good mood for the first time in ages. I lay there and they played a few songs on the radio that i love which made my mood even better
Tuesday is a Rachel day at work
We had a really good laugh, we had some really nice patients in today that we had a proper silly time with 
I wasn't going to do any exercise today, i was supose to have a rest day cos i did a run on sunday and a run and weights yesterday but i just couldn't help myself
I looked at the times on my App that i have managed with my running and decided that i was going to go up the railway line and try really hard at getting a faster time. Running on the way up was a bloody killer!!!! (actually running back down wasn't much easier to be honest) i had to stop twice cos i thought i was gonna throw up and i didn't manage to go all the way to the pub!!!! It was easier on the way down but still hard work. I was beetroot red, so so sweaty and a shaking mess when i got home lol I haven't been like that in ages. It made me realise that i haven't been pushing myself at all recently!!!! Anyway here is how it went:-
Mile 1 = 11.15 mins
Mile 2 = 12.55 mins whoops!!
Mile 3 = 10.33 mins
Mile 4 = 9.19 mins YAY!!
Mile 5 = 9.55 mins
Average 10.48 mins a mile
Total time 54.25 to run 5.04 miles
Calories burnt = 654
I'm pretty chuffed with that
I am gonna aim to improve my up hill speed and try and get each mile under 10 mins. I think i will do better when i do it after a days rest but i had worked hard the last 2 running sessions i have done so i think that didn't help my poor legs today. I'm going to the gym again tomorrow and doing a 'toning class' too
i have turned into an even worse fitness freak but i am in a much better head space today too so maybe concentrating on exercise (ie, obsessing lol) is good for me.
Oh i forgot to say yesterday was Perfect day 1 done. 9 to go
Perfect day 2 done. 8 to go
And i helped Jack make pancakes this evening and didn't have a taster!! Oh, Lizzie at work brought in lemon drizzle cake!!!!
and i took some up to Rach to have with her coffee. None for me
Really motivated at the moment. Yay!! 
Cate Pushing myself has definaltely help lift my mood. I am excited about what i can achieve

Rosie I am sooooo up for improving my running!!! I was so gutted yesterday when i felt i was slow and rubbish but today i'm like 'i'm gonna do something about that'
I suppose it is a bit like that where i live but not so wonderfully beautiful and perfect but yeah i do know an awful lot of people. It can be hard sometimes when i don't feel in a 'chatty' mood and all they want to do is go on about my weight, i know i sound ungrateful but it really does get a bit much, especially when i am not coping with compliments
And regarding the 9.5....it's in KM
one of the guys at the gym worked out for me that 9.5km an hour worked out to be about a 10 min mile. But it's all good, i am gonna do this. 'marathon man' was at the surgery today and we had a really good chat about what to do to improve my speed if i want to. The reason he couldn't run with me is cos he is so tall and couldn't go slower if he tried. He said that he struggles running with his girlfriend cos she is 'too slow' too.

It is weird that i tell others they are worthy but can't manage to think i am, i am such a hipocrite, we all are i supose lol. You are so right though, we do need to figue out a way to feel worthy. I'll work on it, i promise
