Breakfast: 2 small slices of wholemeal toast with light spread and rhubarb & goosberry jam
2nd breakfast: 2 more slices of wholemeal toast with light spread and marmite (360 cals)
Lunch: Granola bar (189 cals)
Dinner: Quiche with salad and coleslaw (302 cals)
Snacks: cappuchino (74 cals)
Total calories = 925
Exercise: 100 crunches, 50 bridges and a 3mile run
I know i am under on my calories but i am going out for drinks tonight.
Did my run in the freezing cold this morning!! It really makes a difference to your breathing, it was very hard. My arms were numb, they were that cold. I bought a long sleeved top for running in this freezing weather today, i'll see if it makes a difference when i go running in the morning with Jane.
Pretty much finished the christmas shopping today
Now i just have to wrap it all!!!!
OK, i'm off to get ready to go out for drinks with Bec's, so looking forward to catching up and having a damn good gossip
