Breakfast: 50g porridge & banana (270 cals)
Lunch: Chicken salad with coleslawand a yoghurt (221 cals)
Dinner: Chicken, potato, peas, green beans, brocolli and gravy (315 cals)
Snacks: Granola bar (185 cals)
Total calories = 991 I know that isn't enough so i will have either another granola bar or some crisps in a bit but i aint hungry!
Exercise: 100 crunches and 50 bridges. Running rest day.
I hardly slept last night worrying about this 'family issue' I am much better now, i seem to be able to look at it with a clearer mind.
I saw Jenny this morning (you know the friend i saw at the gym last night, which is odd cos i dont see her very often really, twice in two days!!!!) I have known her since i was about 12, her twin sisters were friends of mine all thru school so she has seen my weight yo-yo over the years. She was dropping her son off near where i work and i stopped her and said that i was sorry if i seemed rude yesterday and she was so so sweet. She said that she was so so proud of me and that she had wanted to come over to me, drag me off the treadmill and give me a massive hug! She said that Jo had said to her that i am struggling with compliments so she didn't. She said she welled up, she was so pleased for me and she welled up while i was talking to her this morning. She said that losing weight is the hardest thing to do and she was so blown away with how awesome i looked. I am so glad i saw her this morning. I actually felt really bad for being annoyed with her last night. Maybe is was because of how angry and stressed i was anyway.

I am better with having my photo taken and i don't hate those ones, which is a first lol.

Oh, and if i am staying long term then so can you sweetie. We can be posting on our diaries until we are really old and wrinkly (which will be much sooner for me lol)

I really didn't think about eating instead of running my anger off and you saying that made me really think that that is what i would have done in the past. Now i go to the gym to relieve stress.......Oh, how i've changed!!!!! I totally have you guys to thank for that!
