Breakfast: 50g porridge & banana (270 cals)
Lunch: Ham salad with light salad cream, mini babybel cheese, mini ryvitas, minestrone cupasoup & a yoghurt with lindseeds in it (477 cals)
Dinner: 500g homemade spicy pumpkin soup (249 cals)
Snacks: Granola bar, apple and i'm gonna have a bag of snackajack rice cakes in a bit (355 cals)
Total calories = 1360
Exercise: Nothing

I was totally bummed out yesterday! I felt like a stroppy child, sulking because i didn't get what i wanted. I'm rather embarassed. Anyway, I was totally blown away when i came on here this morning to see all your lovely messages. You really made such a difference. I properly felt the love and support.

I have decided to put my calories on here too now because i think i need to be accountable cos looking at my calories i have been under by up to 200 cals a day. Even on days where i have been running!!!

I am going to eat between 1300 and 1400 a day this week and NOT do any exercise. See i do as i'm told.
Cate I think wheat does the same to me. I have been bloated, constipated etc since i had those cheap wheatabix 3 weeks ago and the muesli i have been having wasn't much better so this week i am not going to have wheat based cereal or any bread, i seem to be ok with pasta so i will see how i go with that for now. Thank you for your encouragement, it means so much.
I have always complained that my boobs are too big lol Mark says i don't have boobs any more......just nipples!!!! Cheaky shit, he does make me laugh though.

I am going to do as you tell me and have 1300-1400 a day this week. I did it today and it was a struggle to get the food in!!! I really had to scoff loads at lunch cos i knew i had soup for dinner. I was totally stuffed after lunch!!! I had to go to the shop and get some healthy snacks and some cheese etc to bulk up the cals as i was just going to have salad and yoghurt seeing as i wasn't having bread this week. Oh and i put a banana on my porridge this morning too which i never do!!! I always thought that was too many calories for breakfast. It's like i am having to re-educate myself.
And regarding exercise, yes i do ache, especially my legs so......I am going to do nothing this week. Nothing at all, i might do my crunches but that's it. Lets give this body a bloody shock huh!!!
The fact that i am not having wheat based cereal or bread makes me change my food so i am gonna try and change that about alot. I have the same breakfast and lunch every day so i am gonna change that.
When i start exercising again i will try and restrict my running and do different stuff or maybe do a shorter run and try the bike or cross trainer. I think i will do an aerobic session a week too but not at the gym cos i dont wanna pay for it!!!

It is frustrating when we try so hard and the scales dont tell us what we want to see. I have felt thinner this week, especially my boobs and waist. So maybe i have lost inches but i have never measured myself so i don't know.
I think you are right. i haven't been eating enough so i am gonna try and do something about that.
