ADAY 123
Breakfast: 40g muesli
Lunch: Ham, lettuce and light mayo wholemeal sandwich, 95 cal crisps and a yoghurt
Dinner: small bowl of spag
Snacks: 97 cal crisps
Exercise: 100 crunches, 50 bridges & 30 min aerobics (upper body)
Another great food day. I haven't had any of the lots of left over sweets from yesterday, Mark & Jack have just had some scrummy looking rice pudding and i didn't have any!
Perfect day 2 = Done!!
I have felt skinnier today, for the first time in quite a while. Which is great, other than noticing that i have a bony bum!!! It now hurts when i sit on a hard surface!!!! Never had that before.
I was well impressed with how i did with my aerobic dvd. When i have done it before i have never quite managed to do all the floor exercises but today i did.....I even did the 32 crunches with legs in the air without stopping
I was rather impressed with that. My fitness level is definatly better.
Ooh, last night i had a really bad case of 'restless legs' I haven't had it for ages and it kept me awake for ages. Do you reckon it was cos of all the running i have done in the last few days?
Cate As a teenager, the thought of running or doing any kind of exercise would horrify me. More because, being chubby, i was soooo selfconcious and making an idiot of myself infront of others scared me too much to join in. And as for you being too old....What a load of rubbish, Jane, my running partner is well into her 50's!!!! If you took it steady you would be fine. I have an app on my phone that started me off really slowly. it is called 'get running' and it starts you off doing 1 min run with 1.5 min walk etc. If you want to have a go at jogging then go for it, your body will tell you what it isn't coping with. Don't NOT do it because you think you are too old. And thank you so much for your lovely words too.
