Lunch: Chicken, lettuce and light mayo wheatgerm sandwich and a yoghurt & grapes
Dinner: Small bowl of spag bol
Snacks: Slice of granary toast with light spread and jam
Total calories = 1124
I've lost the weight i gained when i went camping!!!! Allready!!! I'm really shocked with that but extremely chuffed. I am 162lb at the moment and i want to lose another 2lb, or maybe a little bit more to get below 160 and then i will up my calories again. I can't believe i lost it all so quickly especially since i haven't done any exercise at all!
I am going to keep going with 1200 until saturday, it's my birthday then, i will try and be good but ya know, then Rob is probably back to celebrate with us on the sunday and then i have (calorie free

) birthday cake at work.....Then i have a weeks holiday on the wednesday. I will be good on the days i can and not worry too much on the days i can't.

Wednesday is my day off
I went to the doctors this morning to get another perscription for my meds and i had a chat with him about cutting down. Basically he said that when i did it the other month i was just not ready and he said to just keep trying when i feel like it. He also said maybe do 4 days a week to start and cut it down from there but not until i am ready. He also gave me websites and names of books to read to try and help understand my issues

I came out feeling pretty positive. I will leave it a few weeks before i try cutting down again cos i'm still a bit fragile after losing Pooh.
I then went into Barnstaple and bought some new trainers

I have had my others for a year now and it was about time i got some new ones, i thought i had better get them now so i can get use to them before my big run! I also got some new weights, some heavier ones cos the ones i have are weeny. Oooo, i got a pedometer too and i will wear it all day and put the step count and cals on here

I had been given birthday money and i spent it all on fitness stuff, how sad is that?!?!!!!!
Popped into mum & dads on the way home and then came home, made dinner and then soaked in the bath. I showed the doctor my leg and he said that i need to massage and soften the solid lump that is on my leg (aparantly its deep bruising in the muscle) it didn't hurt too uch at the time but was sore afterwards so lay on the sofa with my leg up. I'm starting to get really pissed off with it now. It is healing well and looks so much better but by the end of the day it aches. I am going to attempt a short run on monday!!!! I have to get some running in soon, i have training to do for my big run.
Ruthie I don't have a big hole thru to the muscle, it just goes into the fat (disgusting huh) but the bruising is deep into the muscle as she got a good mouthful and shook!
Ok, my lovelies.....the olympics are calling (i dont think i have ever watch so much in my life, i am so loving it
