ADAY 82
Breakfast: 2 wheatabix
Lunch: Ham, lettuce and light mayo wholmeal sandwich, 97cal crisps and a yoghurt
Dinner: Small bowl of chilli & rice
Snacks: Granola bar, apple and 130 cals of chocolate
Exercise: 100 crunches, 50 bridges and a big time failure running at the gym...Explaination below
I am knackered!!! loads of late nights!! I really don't like being busy in the evenings on a week day. I wanna sit here and read diaries

Work was sooooo busy today, i seemed to be chasing my tail all day and we finished so late

I was so looking forward to going to the gym all day. I hadn't managed to go since sunday!!!! And i was getting really twitchy. It really is an addiction isn't it!
Lucy (Luzdafuzz) mentioned doing sprints in with my runs which i was up for and i had a thought that i would do my C25K again and instead of running and walking i would run faster and run my normal speed instead of walking! I was proper excited about trying it..........It didn't quite go to plan. I was going to run at 11.00 and then 9.5.......This is how it went.
5 min walk on 6.0 (i always start with that)
1 min run on 11.0 (wow, that was easy, i will up it next time)
1 and a half min run on 9.5 (ok, this is cool)
1 min run on 11.5 (tee hee this is like proper fast..get me)
1 and a half minute run on 9.5 ( whoa shit i now can't breath!)
1 min run on 11.0 (no bloody way i am gonna do 11.5!!!.....Shit, i now have a stich...this is rock hard!!!!)
1 and a half min run on 9.0 (oh god , i feel sick! Why is this soooooo hard?!!)
1 min run on 11.0 (i am going to die!)
45 seconds on 9.0 (fucking hell) STOP TOTALLY and hyperventalate!!!! That is the first time i have stopped in the middle of a run!!!!.....But i start again..
45 seconds on 8.5 (ok, i can manage this)
1 min run on 11.0 (OMG, OMG!!! I can't do this)
1 and a halk min WALK on 6.5 (i felt proper sick for the first bit of this but was ok at the end so....)
1 min run on 11.0 (ok, so i can't do this all the way thru, i'll run and walk but run fast)
1 and a half min walk on 6.5 (heavy breathing but still upright lol)
1 min run on 11.00 ( i am staring at the wall with my teeth clenched thinking. 'just keep going. it's only a minute')
1 and a half min walk on 6.5 (holding onto the sides of the treadmill)
1 min run on 11.0 (thank fuck!! the last one!!!)
5 min walk on 6.5. finished Yay!!!!!
I was a dripping mess. I can't believe how much harder it is. I was getting a little bit bored doing 30 min running at 9.0-9.5, it's a long time to being doing the same thing. i really didn't think how different it would be going much faster. Even though i felt bloody awful when i finished i SOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOO wanna go back and have another go tomorrow.
I am going to do this!!!! I can't believe how determined i am to do it. I loved that i found it so hard because i know what that feeling is like when i HAVE managed to do it.
Princess I think i must be a freak cos i really didn't want any of it!!! I didn't at any point have that argument with myself!!
'Bridges' is a name i gave an exercise i do because i have no idea what they are called! Jasper does them as well and i noticed she calls them that too lol. You lie on the floor, knees bent, as if you are going to do crunches but you lift your pelvis as high as you can and then squeeze your knees together. Apparantly it is good for your lower tummy and bum. I do them in between crunch sets cos it is different muscles and it gives the other muscles chance to stop screaming at me
Lucy i think i would feel really sick if i had fish and chips now. I love them but they use to make me feel proper stuffed. What did ya think of my running?
Joh There was no way i was going to look at what flavours there was. I would have caved if phish food was there. It's proper freaky how i can still not cave! I am a weirdo!!!
