ADAY 77
Breakfast: 2 slices of wholemeal toast with light spread and marmite
Lunch: Granola bar ( i know, that is a rubbish lunch but i wasn't organised today!)
Dinner: 2 breaded chicken strips and salad with light ceaser dressing and some of our courgette relish
Snacks: half a granola bar. i am gonna have some ice cream later yum yum. I might have something else too cos i have 460 cals left. Whoops
Exercise: 100 crunches, 50 bridges, 10 min walk and a 20 min run
I put a pair of jeggins on this morning that i haven't worn at all for about 2 years thinking they would be too tight and my belly would hang out over the top, which would piss me off. Anyway, they went on really easy and they are loose around my knees!!! Yay!! They make my legs look ultra slim too.

I can't get over how different my body is. It's like it isn't mine and i'll have to give it back soon!!!!
Went up town earlier than usual this morning so i had plenty of time to go to the gym but had a call from Sophie, who does my nails saying i should be there...Whoops, i thought it was next week. I was in the high street so i ran to the other end where her shop is. I started to run thinking 'oh bugger' then thought 'oh yeah, i can run' and got there in under a minute lol. Sophie was gushing about my weight loss, bless her. Anyway, cos i had my nail appointment i wasn't gonna get long at the gym grrrrrrrrrr!! I dashed home, got changed and went but i only had half an hour

I am gonna try and go again tomorrow but Mark doesn't like me over doing it, bless him, especially since all this shit with my heart.
Had a shower when i got back and took Jack into Barnstaple to get him some new football boot.....I wish the little shit would stop growing, he is 12 and has size 9 feet!!!! I also bought myself some new clothes. Got some really nice seam free leggins, a long jumper and a shirt. I tried on a pair of size 14 jeans too. I hadn't tried 14 bottoms on before, other than joggers, cos i knew i would be proper gutted when they didn't fit. My belly and hips are my worse. I plucked up the courage to do it today and these jeans fit, snug but fitted, didn't really like them too much so didn't get them. It was nice to get them on thought. Then went to Primark to get Mark some work jeans and i picked up two pairs of size 14 jeggins for me and went to try them on. They were both the same, just different colours. The grey ones wouldn't go over my arse but the dark blue ones fitted ok. They are tighter than the ones i was wearing but, hey, they are a 16! Primark's sizes are so random it's crazy.
I came very close to having a take away for dinner tonight!!!!!!!! Mark was like 'chicken salad again, goodoh' And i actually replied with 'shall i get a takeaway then?' I can't believe i said that lol whoops. Luckly he replied with 'whatever' so chiken salad it was!! I regretted saying it as soon as it came out of my mouth . Fhew, got away with that one
Weigh in day tomorrow!!!! Oh, oh, I forgot to say.... The other day i was trying to remeber how much i had lost. I thought i had lost 2 stone but then i thought 'Hang on, i have lost 25lb, that's not 2 stone yet!' I was thinking 24lb was 2 stone!!!! DUUUHHHH God, i am so so thick
