Ok..
Day #4 of IN control-ism.

Lol, that is not a word, but we'll use it for these purposes! Besides, who doesn't love making up new words.
Alrighty.. so yesterday was a good exercise day, and I got a cardio work out in the morning and ran with my dog at night. This morning I was so tired as the night before I only gotten 5hrs of sleep. I skipped my morning work out. I was going to take today off, but I don't even want to be tempted with that luxury right now. So I intend to go work out tonight in one way or another!
Water:38oz..
Breakfast: yogurt parfait 160 calories & two bites of a breakfast sandwich 100 calories
260 calories(i just wanted a taste, ordered it, took two bites and threw it in the back of the car unaccessible) See. IN control.
Lunch:cup of crock pot chicken n' rice 310 calories & cup of grapes 62 calores,
372 calories
Snack:plain ice cream low fat sundae from McD's,
150 calories
Subtotal: 782 calories
Dinner: Applebees WW menu!
400 calories
On ANOTHER note, I took Winston my beagle/mutt doggie to the Vet's this morning (explaination for the later post) and he doesn't have aynthing serious or too major going on. Just some allergen or ringworm something fungal possibly. So we have a medicated wash and that's about all we can do, other than "watch" it.. so hopefull ymy dog doesn't continue going..well bald!!
Next... I do have an interview this week. Its tomorrow. I'm really excited about it.. unfortunately it would mean a big pay cut should I be offered the job. so I am a little torn on that. But the job itself sounds great and something I used to do and really loved!! So wish me luck.. Friday ..4:30!
And last but not least, the scale keeps movin down...watch my ticker!!
