A new beginning...

Oh man, isn't it nice to have health professionals around to save your state of mind and diagnose the simple things? :)

Glad to hear you're taking care of yourself properly, I should never have doubted you!

Day 2 of the Challenge!!!

Exercise:none day off
Water: 80 oz
Breakfast:fruit n' yogurt parfait from McDonalds 160 calories
Snack:protein shake 110 calories
Lunch:tuna and wheat thins 210 calories
Afternoon Snack:protien shake 110 calories (planned)

Subtotal: 790 calories
Dinner:two pieces of chicken platter, three small hush puppie balls & few fries

So FH wanted to go out for dinner, took us to one of the local college hang outs. Which I love their chicken platter there. So I foolishly ordered it, not so low-carb meal, being breaded and all. ONly ate two pieces out of the option of 5 and packed the rest up for his lunch the next day. :) Def. having a salad tonight for dinner!!

Babblings:
So YAY! Down another 1.5lbs WOOHOO :) 3lbs to go until I hit the 140's, so exciting. Anyhow.. I've hardly noticed food this morning because I've been really busy, with the cleaning guy, chatting with my co-worker and getting together details of my car that we're trying to sell. So off to have that protein shake now. I don't think I brought enough calories for the day, lol might need to find a snack later! Btw, found that laying on my stomach relieves all the pressure from my back and takes away any pain! YAY!!! too bad I can't do my work laying on my stomach on the floor. Hmm. but if I worked from home w/ my laptop. OOooh. :) Wish they'd let me do that!!

I can relate, New Leaf, my father is a lawyer/judge as well. So convenient! Great job on the 1.5 lbs.! I continue to be impressed! Go Fat Busters!!

Ummmm... if I ever move to where either of you live, I am going to have to look you up so you can introduce me to your fathers. Lol! Gotta have connections, ya know! :D

Congratulations on the loss! Everybody needs a little booty shakin every once in a while! :D

M02 yep, isn't it nice? :) Lol, except my dad loves... loves to re-tell old law stories. Of course thats where i get my chatterbox ways too!

HH: def. girl!! Gotta have those hook-ups! Gawsh..come to think of it.. I know a lot of attorneys!! ;) Of course they've all watched myself and siblings grow up amongst running around the court-house. lol!

You shake that smaller booty all you want!! 1.5lbs is so great! :D Just keep it up, you're a great inspiration to me!

Oh, don't you just love courthouses and attorneys? Lol! I am hoping to get an judicial externship with one of the local judges over the summer. I guess we will see. But to be completely honest, I don't know if I really want to be in a courtroom all the time. I know, why am I in law school, right? I don't know! I'm confused! :p

Haha. Well I can tell you, I wouldn't want to be in a courtroom all the time either. Hehe I can go in and sit in on any of my father's arraingments, sentencings, trails etc. In fact everytime my FH and I come home to visit, he will tell us about some exciting arraingment he has coming up or trial and when it starts and we can come sit in the court room if he wants. The best part is when he'll wave us back towards the front of the courtroom to come in to his chambers through his private door. LOL.. hilarous when the whole court room is watching. I always thought. :D

But.. there is plenty as an attorney you can do outside a court room of course. ;)

Well, NL, normally I'd say congrats on the loss and keep up the good work, but since you are on one of the opposing teams, I feel obligated to say " what do you think you're doin'??? eat some girl scout cookies or something!" LOL :p :D You'll not catch us! :D

I bet some of those people thought "wow, they must have done something really bad!" Or were mad because they were there first! Lol! I am looking into various things I can maybe do. Just not sure what yet though. I think trials are interesting, I just don't feel like I could do a good job as the attorney in the trial. You know what I mean? I am better at preparing stuff up front and delivering that material than I am thinking on my feet when something unexpected comes up.

Hehe I bet they did think that!! Anyone else working there...all knew us. Cause apparently I look a LOT like my dad. (when I was younger I could go any place and they'd say "Oh you are so and so's daughter..wow you look just like him")

Anyhow.. oh theres a lot you can do you probably already know... as far as not being a trial attorney. :) Lots of documents you can prepare :D Etc.!! Sounds fun to me. Well . better than a trial attrney or criminal lawyer
