Ok, I start today off with a confession. Last night (I will edit my last food journaling) I ate a reeses peanut butter cup after my dessert!

The real kicker is that I was feeling SO guilty over this and stressing out because when my FH brought them home a week ago, I was appalled, glanced at the pkg contents and saw it said 480 calories. I thought that was for ONE peanut butter cup. So last night I was like, OMG I had a cheat day, but I really shot it to heck by eating one of those 480 calorie candies. I'm SO awful. So I was having this pity party and trying to calculate this morning how I could fit in a lot of cardio this weekend and cut back on all my eating to make up for that 480 calorie boo-boo. Well then.. I look at the pkg again this morning before I left for work. DOH!

Its 480 for ALL four of those peanut butter cups.. not just one! PHEW. So I still cheated and shouldn't of indulged, but at least it wasn't nearly as bad as I thought!!

THANK goodness!! Good news is, I DID make it to the gym this morning at 5:30. And I scheduled a meeting with my trainer at 5:30 Monday morning. Can't sleep in when I have to MEET someone!
Edited: I also informed my FH of my mistake, and he giggled quite a bit!!

He just doesn't understand my calorie counting!
