Haha, thank you girls!! :)

Happy Note of today: tried on three different pairs of size 8 jeans and I could get them up and zipped! Still need to do a little more work, but that was a nice moment!! Next..bring on those size 6's!!!

size eights!? ohhhh man how i WISH! I am finally back in my petite 12s. And whille Im thankful, Id rather be in 9/10s. coming up next, tho!

Good for you for the size eights! and agreed! size six here u come! I honestly dont KNOW what size a five three 120 pound woman wears. Guess Ill find out soon enuff!

Heck yeah girl! Way to go on the size 8s!!!! You'll be in 6s in NO TIME!!:D

Thank you girls! I am very excited about my discovery. To top it off, the size 8's I bought aw hile back, and was excited to fit into, now fit AGAIN!! :) The sad note is that, the zipper on these will not lock or stay up, so I can't exactly wear them at all. lol, at least they were on sale when I bought them! For my birthday I am going jean shopping with FH (he's got great style!).

Happy Note Number Two: Weighed myself tonight, and my weight was the same as it is in the mornings!! Considering its TOM and late at night, could be I am under by the time Thursday or the weekend rolls around. YAY!!

Thank you Angela! Just the kind of post I love logging into see in the morning, I really appreciate it!! :) You'l get to size 8's, trust me! Plus, I'm not sure I could go out and buy a COMFORTABLE pair just yet, unless they're "Stretching" jeans, then they don't look so flattering. But we'll see tomorrow!! :)

Wednesday January 25th, 2006
Exercise: 30 minutes on the bike, 20 minutes upper body weight lifting
Breakfast: plain bagel w/ light cream cheese 320 calories
Snack:1/4th cup of trail mix 150 calories
Lunch:chicken & rice 310 calories
Subtotal:780 calories
Water: 44 oz
Snack:stale popcorn 30 calories
Dinner:chicken & rice 310 calories
Dessert:chocolate cereal 180 calories
Exercise:13 minutes hard core cardio & all lower body weights 30 minutes
Total Calories 1300

Happy Note Today: Just feeling really good over all! Looked down at my legs while biking and realized my thighs ARE slimming down! Even my reflection in the mirror while lifting is altering. And then the light bulb flickers on in my head an I realize WOW, this stuff really DOES work! ;)

Ponderment: Tomorrow is my birthday so I am giving myself that day as my "cheat day". While in the past I would go "hog wild" I feel like this will be self-defeating, as it will be returning to bad habits. I don't want to go back to binging EVER. I think I will allow myself a scone from Starbucks and some regular coffee (nothing high calorie like a frapuccino), a small slice of any cake offered to me, and something some what decent from my dinner out. I am coming to the conclusion that its OK to splurge a little on a "cheat day", but if I go hog wild, who is to say when I reach my goal weight that I won't pursue cheating 24/7 in this hog wild manner, and regain all my weight. Nope.. its part of the life style change. Not total deprivation, but things in moderation.

Good for you!! Great news on your thighs, great news on your epiphany! I love when the ding goes off in your head and this feeling happens!

and smart you on the cheat days! I get that way too...I mean, why screw up a week's work for one cheat day gone wild!? Happy Bday to you!:)

Thanks Kate and Paula. :) I figure this is at least gotta be ONE step, to keeping my healthful habits in tact!! :) I'm also really geeked because I Just booked my flight to head home to Michigan in March for more wedding plans and my shower! I am so excited. Not to mention, my nephew is getting so big so fast, I can't wait to see him either! (he's just over 2 mos!)

Heh, that's a pretty cute comic (though honestly, I don't like Cathy that much). Good thing its not entirely true ;)

Also, happy birthday! When I get home, I'll be sure to send you an eCard :)

Congrats on the size 8's!!!! I forgot what that size looks like! LOL You will be in 6's in no time at all :D

Perfect cheat day choices, too :D You are doing SO good!!! Keep it up :D

size 8? wwowowowoww! you are going to be the most beautiful bride :)

and big congrats on the food and exercise, you are very inspiring :)

THANKS you guys!!! You are all so sweet, and I could not have a better birthday today, all the posts in here and support I login to every day, is really keeping me rolling!!

Now, I almost feel that it might be TOO good to be true, but I started out my birthday, with a great surprise on the scales. I believe I started the 2 week challenge on the 19th, at 159.5. Today its so hard to believe but the scale weighed me in at 156!!! That's 3.5 lbs in a week. I am just jaw dropped floored. I don't care if its water weight, I'm taking it and living in it today! hehe!

Oh and p.s. I am TOTALLY enjoying my cheat day, I'll post what I've eaten later, just so I can't go too crazy!!

Skinny-kate: I'm not sure what you mean of the question, do you mean when will I post my next photos of weight loss? :)

yes! at least post a half way to goal pick, because at your rate youll be there like FRIDAY! lol

hey be sure to change your ticker you earned it!

Happy Birthday to me!! :D

Cheat Day!!
Thursday, January 26th, 2006

Breakfast: Maple scone & 1/2 of grande white mocha (forgot to say nonfat  ) 745 calories :(
Snack: my bagel originally packed for lunch w/ light cream cheese and slice of turkey 390 caloreis
Lunchhalf cup of salad, half a panera sandwich, and bag of chips, 600-700 calories? & one cup cake.. calories??
Water:60oz
Dinner: nachos appetizer split with FH, and pita with grilled chicken, feta cheese, lettuce, onions, didn't finish it all. & two glasses of coke
Dessert: ordered tirimisu to split with FH and we didn't even finish it all, avoided whipped cream on it too!

The Bad: I am not the best at shooting off orders at Starbucks, so many others are and they were SO busy, that I failed to mumble out my non-fat before the grande white mocha. EEK. So I am throwing away half of it right now. I just can't cheat that much.

The Good: The scale is my friend. Maybe its a water-loss or a sneaky birthday special just for me, but I weighed in at 156 lbs ! I am like just geekend and so excited about this!!

Self Note: My fiance who is not a morning person, still will not appreciate being woken up by a women bursting over her newest weight-loss when it is 6am! (I had to tell somebody!)
