Back on the band wagon...
Breakfast: cocoa puffs cereal, 240 calories (hey, bought it for the kid!)
Lunch:Panera bread bowl of broccolli cheddar soup 790 calories
Dinner:leftover chinese food 300 calories
Dessert:1/2 cup of trail mix 300 calories
Total Calories: 1630 Not quite the best day.. !
Having a good day so far (granted its only 10am) but think I'm coming down with a cold, got the sniffles and a sore throat. I'm not going to let that stop me from getting in my last hour of cardio today though!!
