Exercise: 30 minutes cardio on the bike, 30 minutes weight lifting upper body.
Breakfast: Bagel w/ minimal cream cheese 355 calories
Water: 60oz so far
Lunch:bacon ranch salad with extremely small dribble of dressing & fruit n' yogurt parfait (w/o granola) 410 calories
Exercise: hauling around 5 storage boxes, weighing approx.50lbs each. Boy I'm sweating!
Snack:1/2 grande mocha frap. 210 calories
Dinner: Crockpot meatballs & noodle 430 calories
Calorie Subtotal:1405 calories
I did it girls! I was up at 5:15 this morning, at the gym at 5:30 when they open! I am so proud of myself. Now my work out is done for the day, and anything else feels like an extra bonus!! This week is starting to look pretty good!! I just hope I can keep my routine when my sister comes to town Wed for her visit (Wed thru Sunday).
