January 5th, Thursday:
Breakfast: bagel,with egg,cheese, & bacon from McD's, one small diet coke (ugh, I couldn't resist or deal with calories from a regular coke!)
300 calories(?)
Lunch: turkey noodle soup,left over,
200 calories
Snack: Cherry coke 20oz,
250 calories
Subtotal: 750 calories by 2:33pm! Hanging in there!!
Dinner: Half a cup of roast beef, a cup & half of potatos, and 1/4 cup of stewed carrots. Calories? no clue!
Dessert: apple crisp and 1/2 cup of vanilla ice cream, no idea on calories.
Total: def. over 1500 calories I'm sure. Alas.. I did cut back on my portions from what I'd normally eat. So better than nothing!
I am SO sore today. My lower back has been aching for several days on and off, party thanks to that TOM, but now my hip joints ache too, I feel miserable. I won't be able to hit the gym tonight due to dinner with friends. So I guess today is my day off exercise, probably good that I rest!
