A new begining to a new me!

Thanks Silash! I needed that. Yesterday was a good day for my new push towards a new me. Ate smart, felt good. I still have not started any sort of work out plan. I figure I will start by going for walks in the evening like I did last time. I need to find a little more energy before I head back to the gym.........

It sounds like you are heading in the right direction good for you!

I know what you mean about needing more energy before going to the gym but don't forget that walking is supposed to be the healthiest form of exercise so if you are going for walks in the evenings that is a really good start.

Stick with it really soon you will start to feel really good!

Another good day food wise. Still haven't even thought about the gym yet. I feel better every day, but I am scared to get on the scale. I am afraid to see how bad it has gotten, and don't want the depression that will certainly set in if/when I see the BIG number...........
 
Keeping up my string of good food days. Feels pretty good, and my pants are not as tight as they had been! Of course I'm sure the number on the scale will be bad, but at lest now I know I am doing something right. I may not weigh myself at all for a while. As long as I keep feeling good, and seeing the change in the way my cloths fit....... just a thought......
