Hi Lane, don't to worry too much about not losing one week I'm sure next week your weight will have dropped again. You seem to be doing well by mostly eating right and by getting plenty of exercise.
Try not to beat yourself up when you eat something you shouldn't as this often can lead to even more overeating so just get straight back on track and try to make up for it by eating lighter some other time.
