A life changing event

Thank you

for the quick response. I am also taking Whey Protein, about 2 scoops a day. The tuna sounds like a good idea.

It looks like I'm not taking the water intake as seriously as I should.

Resisting the cold beer after a stressful day at work is the hardest for me:)

Hi everyone... just figured i'd stop in and post an update. I've been keeping the weight off, and even lost a bit more fat. I started weight training a bit more and I have my bodyfat down to 6%. My skin seems to be tightening nicely. I"m having a real blast with the new active lifestyle, I wouldn't give it up for anything at this point...take care everyone....Rob:D

Your transformation is FANTASTIC!! Major kudos to you man! That is so awesome. I sooooo want to have abs like yours. I think I'll incorporate whey protein shakes into my diet.

Congratulations!! ...I can't say that enough!

Rob,
I'm curious about your diet. I know you're eating because of the weight training. Anytips for fast meals at the workplace??? Congrats man, you do look great!!

Hey everyone. Just an update. The weight training is going great. I've put on a few more pounds of muscle and kept the bodyfat % the same. Thank you all for the comments. As far as food choices goes, protein is a big part of putting on muscle and keeping the bodyfat low. I Have protein shakes, and protein bars are great for on the go when time is an issue. I keep the fat intake low, like 50 grams a day or less. watch any kind of drinks with sugar, I go sugar free with most of my beverages. I cheat once a week, thats all i feel i can get away with.
