a Hillbilly diary

Well today is going but crazy sore from the physical. Had a small relapse of depression so no food yet. I'll go and make myself something in a bit. I have to go and give some paper work to work and just haven't had the drive. ehhhh well it's another day.
 
Bad day of food. Had some calories but not the right kind. I'm still below my 3000 calories or so but could have been better.

Banana
mashed potatoes with a couple slices of wheat
peanut butter banana smoothie
popcorn at the movies
one of those oatmeal cream cake thingies.
 
Well today is going pretty well. I'm still fighting a heck of a sugar craving but a small snack will normally take care of it.

Food....

Breakfast: egg whites with onions on two slices of wheat with a slice of cheese.
Lunch: not really except for 4 of those sugar wafer cookie thingies. :(
Dinner: Butterflied pork chops with some mashed potatoes and some corn with
some butter.
Snack: Not sure but probably a banana or some such.

Drinks: water, oj, milk, tea, tequila and oj.

Well it's bright and early at almost 4pm lol. Today is going to be a better food day. The butterflied pork chops were so good I bet they had a calorie or two lol.......
 
hehe im fighting the same battles you are atm. overeating from stress/depression/stuff.
Forget eating healthy i just want to eat below my calories!
 
Well I don't think I went over my 3000 calories yesterday but I made some choices that weren't all that great.

Breakfast: ramen stir fry with pork and tomatoes and onions.
Lunch: 0
Dinner: Chinese buffet; noodles with some shrimp and onion, pea salad, won-ton soup. Then a had a plate with some pudding two cookies and some kind of fruit salad.
Late meal: grilled chicken sandwich from whataburger and some onion rings and one taquito thingie.

Drinks: water, tea, coffee, vitamin water.

Well I might be over after all......................
 
Todays food was pretty good.

Breakfast: peanut butter banana sandwich on wheat with a glass of milk.
lunch: LC dinner, mushroom pizza thing.
Dinner: Beef crown roast with mashed potatoes and gravy and some fried okra.

Drinks: water, vitamin water, milk.
 
Well back to work today. I have to take about a weeks worth of classes but then back.
I don't think I went over my 3000 calories but it has to be close.

Today's food....

Breakfast: egg whites on two slices of wheat.
Lunch: leftover roast and potatoes and 2 slices of wheat.
Dinner: roast beef in auju and mac and cheese and a wheat roll and some stuffing.
Snack: McDonald's double cheeseburger and a hand full of fries.

Drinks: water, tea, medium frozen chai from starbucks.
 
I wont say I over ate today but I had some high calorie foods. Being a guy; our appetite tends to be bigger but I'm really not happy with todays food. A few things I have noticed is the sugar craving doesn't really go away and I really really like bread.

I think today was more nervous and excited about going back to work. I'm an emotional eater and today I wanted a steak so I got close with what I hand on hand or close at hand.

If I ever get to sleep I have to take the classes in the morning. Most of them are on the computer so if I'm late no harm done........

I had to giggle at that, LOL!!! DO you like those taqito things..Ive had them here and there and not sure how I feel about them...

Im a stress eater *BIG SIGHS* Explains how I got here...Ive had a few of those days myself last week...Good thing it wont be a big deal if you are a little late...so this week is all comp classes >?
 
Taqito things yea it's ok but nothing to write home about. I can take them or leave them.

Computer courses.....

Yea for every chemical plant, factory, or oil field I go into has their own safety program. I have to go to a safety building that has all the different classes stored onto a computer. I have to take 35 this time so it will take about a week.
 
Well today has be unusual and busy and just an all around bad day.......

Breakfast: glass of milk
Lunch: vitamin water
Dinner: chicken fried steak, fries, white gravy.

Lunch: 2 bologna sandwiches on wheat with mustard and cheese.
Dinner: spaghetti with meat sauce.
Snack: raisin bran muffin.

Drinks: water, Gatorade, glass of chocolate milk, vitamin water.
 
well today has been pretty good just been feeling kinda bla..... I haven't had a full meal just kinda snacked so I'm way under my calories. I weighed this morning and I lost a pound so thats something. I just have to get the energy to change my ticker lol......

2 ham and cheese sandwiches.
2 grapefruits
1 banana
peanut butter and banana sandwich
2 biscuit(American not European or Australian cookies)
1 grilled chicken sandwich from whataburger and a hand full of fries

Drinks: water, milk, coke :(
Thats the only thing about being allowed 3000 calories is I can have more food...... I just don't know how you ladies do it with so few calories....
