a Hillbilly diary

Food for today.

Breakfast- 2 glasses of tomato juice.
Lunch- salad with lettuce, tomato, onion, leftover steak topped with some Parmesan cheese and some dressing made with some Dijon, red wine vinegar and some olive oil.
Dinner-2 steamed ears of corn with some butter.
Snack- 2 boiled eggs with some salt and pepper.

Drinks- water, tomato juice, coffee.

Yeah 1 MEAL isn't bad thats what the "EXPERTS" say the key is picking back up with the next meal which you had done so good job!!
Besides steak isn't bad for ya!Hope you have a nice Saturday lol slurp up that soup slurpy!:party:

Dinner- baked chicken breast with some dry barbecue rub and some corn and some beans with a potato roll.
Snack- a plate with banana peanut butter and some raisins with a Pygmy size slice of banana bread.

Drinks- water, mocha latte(sugar free of coarse), tomato juice, milk.

well everything is still going well. on 18 hour shifts at work so not much computer time. The food for the last few days have been juice for breakfast and soup for lunch and then a rather large dinner. It's all been fairly healthy but I really don't need meals that large before bed. I'll weigh in again Saturday morning so we will see how it goes.
 
yeah i find i eat more at work :/
At home i can get busy and stuff with kids more (ie not trying to avoid work lol)
Also the stress at work can make me eat :)
 
Hey there Hilly,well I am lil worried about ya???The tornadoes has luckily
passed my neck of the woods and I am hoping you lucked out and they passed you by to!!:eek:........ There were so many tornadoes that night
I was terrified but family keep informed me that we since we live down in the valley along the river that our chances are very slim of having 1.ANYWAY Check in ASAP to lets us know you R ok!***hugggs***Tammy

Hey girl...... yea no worries.. I'm along way from the bad weather.... I'm way down here on the coast;about 30 minutes from galveston......
 
yea everything is still going great. juice of maybe a scrambled egg for breakfast, soup for lunch and dinner well tonight was a burrito with rice and beans from a local little place... still no cokes; not even diet. i did have about four pieces of candy yesterday and they were about 50 calories each so no worries. So it was a treat and thats it. as long as I stay away from sodas I will be ok.

hello everyone. I took the day off from work feeling kinda wore out. Everything has been going pretty well. Haven't been taking the soup to work and been eating off the roach coach but still should have been under my maintenance calories so we shall see. We should be slowing down in may and I'm looking forward to a nice slow 40 hour week lol.
 
Hello everyone.... things are still going well though the weight loss has slowed. only one pound this week. Now I just have to get around to changing the signature lol....
 
hehe i ended up getting sick of changing mine every weight loss somewhere along the line, now i just do it every 4-5lb or so (or whenever im feeling like it)
 
Well hello everyone. I'm back again after getting hurt at work and weight is backsliding. I had a torn meniscus is both knees so been off work for awhile and now going back monday. Well sitting at home just always puts my weight back over the top. I got down to 352 but after riding my arse for awhile it's back up to 385. My doctor is pushing for gastric bypass but I just really don't want it. I tend to over eat when I'm upset or whatever so I'll try and keep an eye out for that. I realy don't need any just because calories and fat.

you will suceed, purely based on determination i reckon. eventually all the 4 steps forward, 2 steps back has a net 2 steps forward over all!
 
well today wasn't too bad except for the sugar bug screaming in my ear.

Breakfast: some egg whites and a piece of wheat toast.
snack: smoothie with milk, banana, blackberries, blueberries.
Lunch: salad with spring mix lettuce, tomatoes, avocado, and some ranch dressing.
Snack: cantaloupe through out the day.
snack: grapefruit.
Dinner: egg-whites and two pieces of wheat toast.
Snack: 2 oat and raisin muffins made here at home.
Snack: about a cup of popcorn with butter at the movies.


It will take a few days before my food gets better.
