I like you am a vampire. I stay up until all hours and then sleep during the day. Man, it's a bummer trying to turn that one around. I think I have finally done it and then boom right back to staying up all night. Maybe someday I will get it straight. :rotflmao:

Hey Amanda welcome...... I'm glad you decided to pop in..... Yea I really have to get my days and nights back together. I don't mind being on a back wards schedule but when you have to go to the doctors or something like that and have to get up at 8 am........ oh the light burns lol......

Welcome again and help yourself to something in the fridge in the corner of the room....... good for you food is right up front but on a bad day there is normally a few peanut butter fudge brownies hidden behind the soy milk lol... :rotflmao:
 
Hey HB, thanks.

I have been craving peanut butter in the worst way. But, I just can't bring myself to buy it. Cause once I start I know I won't stop. Instead I had some peanut butter crackers the other night. That satisfied me.

But those brownies do sound awesome. To satisfy the sweet tooth I baked an angel food cake. I put some strawberries on the top and I was good. And it was fat free. Stop on by for some.......it's yummy.

Oh yeah, I hate those early morning appointments. I have learned to schedule them for late afternoon. I hate mornings. Unless I have been up all night. :)

Tammy and Amanda......... I hate it when i do that..... My cravings come through in my postings lol. My grandmother used to make the best peanut butter fudge lol.....

Today has been a good day. Stayed right on my calories. I didn't have the protein bar after the gym so Thats 190 calories less than what I posted. But I did have a glass of juice so it was still about the same I guess. A good eating day is always better than a bad one...

Gym tonight was pretty good. I did half and hour on the elliptical and then worked on my arms, lower back, legs.
 
Howdy Hilly,passing through again and wanted to say WAY to go on a
good eating day and going to the gym,it must be in the air because I did good
to and didn't crash and burn after sunset lol.
Omg you had to say peanutbutter fudge lol I bought the no bake reessee desert thingy and it was toooo too good I did this Thursday and had 2 pieces out of the whole thing and had the kids devour the rest lol.150 cals for a SMALL square but it reminded me of a fudge type thing.Ok no more BAD food talk I am off to bed and prolly gonna dream about me drowning in peanutbutter then reaching for a browine as a life paserver lol.

Hey girl sugar once in awhile is a good thing. Kids are always a good way to get rid of desserts in the house lol...... Have a great night and a better tomorrow.

lite muffins WW makes them 100 cals throw them in the toaster
and take a TBSP of peanut butter and spread it on the 2 -1/2's

Hey that does sound good. I'll go to the gym about 11 ish tonight. Been running around trying to get the kids in school. It's just so much of a hassle changing school districts.

Breakfast: glass of mango juice
(140 calories)

Lunch: went to luby's; Tilapia topped with crawfish etouffee, spinach salad with ranch.
(800 calories) Pretty sure thats over estimated but better over than under.

Dinner: Grilled chicken sandwich; 2 slices of wheat, salad dressing, skinless chicken breast.[140+40+140]
(320 calories)

Snack: 2 servings of large curd cottage cheese.
(260 calories)

Snack: protein bar.
(190 calories)

Total: 1710 calories
 
I'm glad I'm not the only one who eats cottage cheese. I get made fun of for my love of the "chunky plain yogurt". I had a big bowl (About 1cup) of it this morning. Yum yum!

I used to hate cottage cheese. I couldn't stand the stuff but now it's the other other other other white meat lol. I eat it plain by the spoon full. for a treat I take it and put it in cheesecloth and let all the liquid drain out. when most of it is drained I weight it between two heavy skillets and it reminds me of a firm ricotta and is great on salads......

I'll be doing that, probably tomorrow if I don't eat a salad tonight. I really love the stuff and I usually just eat it plain out of a bowl.

Other other other other other other other white meat.... lol. If I were a vegetarian, cottage cheese would be my best friend. :D

Not a huge cottage cheese fan, but sometimes when I'm in the mood its great. It also takes care of the dietary needs for protein and carbs after working out with very few calories.

Its great stuff, indeed. I gave up eating most cheeses in this WL effort.. But cottage cheese wasn't on that list.

I'll have to put some on my salad tonight for sure after I go to the gym. I usually hate eating after I work out, but I know its a good idea to refuel.

I just have to eat after the gym. By the time I spend half an hour on the elliptical and do some weight training I'm starved. My snack after the gym is something like a protein bar and some milk or a couple of eggs or something like that. I try not to put back everything I worked off but like I said after the gym I'm just famished.
 
Well I got up this morning about about 7 am. The doctor gave me a few sleeping pills to get my days and nights back together. I slept good for the first time in forever. I still ain't going outside into the sun though lol. Yesterday was a good day other than my father in law gave me a beer but i worked at least that off last night at the gym. Today is still in the planning stages; it's early lol. I'll just start with breakfast and go from there. I'm going back tomorrow or the next day since my blood pressure is starting to relax a bit. I am so ready to go to work even though I wont have much spare time with this job. But hey thats life.
 
Well everything is going well. I decided to go to the gym early instead of late. I'm going here in a few minutes but I hate to because of all the people that will be there. I really don't know when I became so people phobic. Todays food plan looks pretty good. The calories were kind of low so I added an extra salad since they don't have many calories. I decided to make my own dressing since the stuff in the bottle is loaded with calories and no light dressings in the house lol.

Breakfast: 2 fried eggs, 2 slices of turkey bacon, 2 slices of wheat toast.
[140+70+160]
(370 calories)

Lunch: salad; lettuce, tomato, bacon crumbles, onion, sour cream dressing (light sour cream, lime juice, 1 oz of 2% milk).
[12+33+50+16+40+15+15]
(181 calories)

Dinner: baked hot wings and some celery sticks with some ranch dressings.
(500 calories)

Snack: 2 servings of large curd cottage cheese.
(260 calories)

Snack: protein bar
(190 calories)

Snack: salad; lettuce, tomato, bacon crumbles, onion, sour cream dressing (light sour cream, lime juice, 1 oz of 2% milk).
[12+33+50+16+40+15+15]
(181 calories)

Drinks: water, diet coke, coffee, mango juice blend.
(150 calories)

Total: 1832 calories

Haven't made it to the gym just yet. My rottie came up missing and we did a search of the neighborhood. man that doggie is an escape artist......

Did ya get him/her back??Lol I know what you mean by escape artist I call my doggie hoodiny lol when I got him a couple years ago my back fence needed work there were spots he can get out of so I bought a 15 ft chain and a harnest and he knows how to get out of his harnest and he gallops when he gets out making it impossible to get him,lol he likes to wait until you get like 5 inces away then takes off again lol.
I hate when they do that anyway I hope your doggie is safe and sound.Do ya have any pics of your doggie??
