a Hillbilly diary

Well today is going pretty well. Woke up about 3 pm, ate a few raw veggies, snacked on a couple pieces of wheat bread with some honey butter.... Now just cooking rabbit and dumplings for dinner. It will probably be my dinner as well just have to watch how many dumplings since it's not the most low calorie thing I could have....... I'm gonna try and make the gym but we will see.....

We all have our bad days some more than other's(ME ME ME LOL)I made me a ham and swiss with real mayo on a sara lee bun I ate 1/2 felt guily and gave it to my daughter then made me a low fat creram cheese mini bagle I am so craving stuff right now it is killing me.
It is so hard to go to the movies and not get that buttery popcorn it taste way better than the microwavable bags haha.
HAHA to the garbage mans wife.........2 whole minutes of sex is this possible??I was told wrong then,....done in 60 seconds..hahaha........

LOL 2 minutes is bad and 60 seconds is ummmmmm wow...... Little trick would be hmmmmm give him a few drinks and get about half a bottle of good bourbon in him and you'll think you have the energizer bunny..... ;)

No... just being a goofball lol. I took a break from the real story I was writing and it seemed like the thing to say. Two minutes ; poor guy I think they make medicine for that.

well I only ate once today but it was Chinese so not the best and then went to the movies and saw sunrise and it reminded me of 2001 space odyssey. I did have some popcorn and the movies and some of my wifes soda..... bad choices but hey it happened....

Well it's almost 4:30 and I think I'm just gonna stay up and go to bed early tomorrow and try and get my sleep back together. going to bed at 6 am and getting up about 3 pm can get old. I have to make my breakfast and start cooking everyone else's dinner at the same time so I end up not having breakfast and just eating their high calorie dinner instead. Well it's my own fault but the vampire call is so strong lol. I have never been a morning person and it just seems more natural for me to stay up and listen to the children of the night...... Sorry was reading Bram Stokers Dracula tonight to relax and have some lines from the book running through my head lol.

I'm gonna weigh once everyone else gets up but I don't think I'm gonna change my ticker because I have a feeling I'm not gonna like what I see. I honestly don't think I have gained any but with the way I have been feeling this last week; it's hard to say.

I think I'm gonna start planning my menu early in the morning. I seem to follow it and make better choices if I'm not making it up during the day.
I'm planning to going back to eating the single serving fish and chicken I was eating and getting good results with. Dinner gets kind of boring but it's easy to calculate the calories. We have a deep freeze outside full of frozen veggies so I'm going to start incorporating more of that into my diet. I'm gonna try and limit the white starches but there will always be mashed potatoes. I don't really care for brown rice and wheat pasta so I will just have to watch out for the regular varieties.

Drinks: water, diet coke, coffee
(0 calories)

Total: 1514 calories


Thats the plan and I'll munch on some veggies or something to put in about 400 more calories......

Looks like a great plan,yea thats my prob I tend to skip breakfast then eat a huge dinner and snacks galore I honestly don't feel HUNGRY until 3-4ish then I can eat until midnight lol BAD.
Hey I have taken chicken breast and put it in the skillett with a lil water and a jar of HOTT salsa and It seems a lil more filling to me then just baking it with some seasoning I am thinking because of all the hot spiceyness.
Plus with the heat I don't like to use my oven because my house heats up even more!
Well hope your plan works get more sleep don't skip any meals and got to the gym and the weightwill melt away...(I need to make that note for me as well)

well today is going pretty well. I weighed and it's a stalemate with nothing lost or gained. I tell ya if I ain't working out like a marine not much happens lol. Todays calories will be low. I have been up all night so I think I'm more tired than hungry. My breakfast turned into a bite of my wifes breakfast sandwich. I'm about to grab some veggies for lunch even though I'm really not hungry. I'm exhausted but I really need to get my days and night back in order.

It wasn't until I upped my gym visits to 4 times a week that I managed to get past that plateau I was stuck on. I don't really like going 4 times a week, but I suppose I'll get use to it.

Seems that only eating 1500 calories a day isn't enough to shed 1lb a week when my maintenance is about 2100 calories a day. 600x7 = more than 1lb of fat but it just doesn't seem to be that easy for me. :(

Good luck on breaking that stalemate! :D

Yea after I grill the chicken I normally put in a couple of tablespoons of lite sour cream, some lime juice, Some type of spice;chili powder or Mrs dash or something like that. If I'm feeling lazy ill just mix the sour cream with salsa.
 
Well calories are still pretty low but I should get most of my food plan in today. It's strange but the closer to 2500 calories I get the more starved I feel. I won't make it to the gym but I'm going tomorrow morning/afternoon. Over all a good day........

Dinner: Meatloaf, mashed potatoes, and some corn. {there was butter involved... :( } LOL....

Snack: starbucks coffee drink thing....
(200 calories)

Snack: protein bar.
(190 calories)

Total: 1000 calories + Dinner
