Did ya get him/her back??Lol I know what you mean by escape artist I call my doggie hoodiny lol when I got him a couple years ago my back fence needed work there were spots he can get out of so I bought a 15 ft chain and a harnest and he knows how to get out of his harnest and he gallops when he gets out making it impossible to get him,lol he likes to wait until you get like 5 inces away then takes off again lol.
I hate when they do that anyway I hope your doggie is safe and sound.Do ya have any pics of your doggie??

No, no luck just yet. I'm leaving for the gym now and look up and down a few more roads on the way. I don't have any pictures of this one. We called the SPCA to see if they had any trucks in the area and they said to call about 6 pm to see if they had him. If they do it will be about 50 dollars to get him back. So we will see. Honestly I think he is just out roaming.
 
I had cottage cheese on my salad last night and it was really good. The salad went something like this:
Mixed baby greens, fresh hot pico de gallo, diced orange pepper, thin steak strips, chopped fresh zuchinni, pressed cottage cheese, steamed asparagus with just a dash of balsamic vinaigrette. Delicious! :D

Sorry to hear about your dog. I hope he comes home okay. Up here, I think people's pets get stolen out of their yards and sold. :( Every week I see new posters up for missing pets. I've never seen so many in my life.

Well back from the gym. I did half an hour on the elliptical and thats about 592 calories burned. After that I was pretty well spent. well it's 3 o' clock so I'd better get my lunch together...................
 
Ellipticals kick my butt, literally. I have so much trouble keeping my heart rate from going through the roof. But when I run or bike, its much easier. I don't get it. Congrats on half an hour on the elliptical. I think I would have fallen over after. :D

I can stay on for an hour at a slow pace but by then my heart rate is about 180 which with my weight is way too high. Being so large I burn about 500-600 calories burned on the elliptical for a half hour and it's a pretty good workout. After half an hour my heart rate is about 165 and thats high enough.
 
My heart rate goes up so fast... :(
It comes down really fast too and I hear thats healthy. But is it healthy for it to go up so fast?

well no sleep tonight..... sister in law decided to come over having had way too much to drink and it was everyones fault but hers..........ah family life................

yea I'm still using it..... I went up to level 5 so now i can just manage half an hour but by them my heart rate is like 168 by then so It really gives me a workout.

Yea the sister in law has ummmm...... lets say issues lol....

today is going ok other than eating. When I'm mad and the testosterone is really pumping I over eat. I'm being careful so the day is still salvageable.....

Brunch: 2 glasses of juice, 2 tuna salad sandwiches and some olives.
[150+150+320+120+40+10+150]
(940 calories) Jeez louise..................

Dinner: 4 servings of cottage cheese.
(520 calories)

Bunches of water
(0 calories)

Total: 1460 calories


Thats enough calories for one day or I'll end up way over eating.... Yup I'm an emotional eater.....

yea it's something else; her going from threatening to burn down the house to today wanting to hug on everyone.... I know some people really cant handle their alcohol but damn lol.

I was hanging in there for an hour on like level 2 but it was pretty boring. I went to level 5 for half and wow thats a workout and don't take near as long. After half an hour I still have enough energy to work out on the weights so it's going pretty well. If I get this job at this company I'm taking my physical for tomorrow the gym will probably come to a close depending on how many hours I work. The guys now on doing 80-100 hour weeks. It's a good paycheck but damn.....

Todays food was ok calorie wise but I haven't gotten any of the cottage cheese yet and since I'm doing the blood pressure test tomorrow I really don't need that much salt. I'm not sure what I'm gonna eat but I'll figure something out.

It's really strange how much my emotions can drive my eating. Well I don't have to worry about going over anyhow....... See yall tomorrow..
 
well I woke up this morning and thats always a good start lol. I'm feeling better today and the food should be a little better. I didn't make the physical this morning since I was up until about 3 am. My food today will be good but I have to stay away from salt and all that good stuff. The doctor added another blood pressure pill and it's been working really well. my pressure has been running a lot lower the last few days. It's been closer to normal. It should be close enough to make the people that do the dot physical happy lol.
I got a call from a t and t this morning and they want me to come in for an interview friday so we will see.

Todays food I have no Idea. I do need to get breakfast before it's more time for brunch lol....
 
Sorry to hear about the lack of sleep. I can't function well without at least 6 hours.

Congats on the interview with AT&T!!! What is the position that you are applying for?
