it is miserable out and at 4 I get to go sit on some aluminum bleachers so the sun can reflect off and burn me to a crisp litterally lol.Have a good 1 Tammy

Sounds like fun........ Me just out shopping. Had to pick up a polo type shirt for my interview Monday. Went to Jason's deli and got a liverwurst on rye with mustard.... Don't know how calorie friendly but my German heritage just couldn't say no lol...... Oh and for dessert had a small sugar free mocha frap from starbucks... Going out tonight to a LAN party so not sure about food tonight but that little voice will watch out for me..... I hope lol....
 
Well I guess today will be a cheat day because I have no idea on calories. I do feel a little better and will try and get to the gym tomorrow.

Lunch: liverwurst on rye with mustard, a few green and kalamada olives, a pickle and a glass of sweetend tea.

Dinner: Buffalo wild wing; Buffalo ranch spicy chicken sandwich, about a cup of fries with some ketchup.

Drinks:3 glasses of water, 1 sweetend tea, 1 corona with salt and lime, 1 small sugar free mocha frap and 1 large (1 early and 1 later about 11:00 pm.)
 
well I woke up today at 3 pm lol..... such a lazy mess...... Tomorrow I will start back on eating breakfast and all that. I have an electronics interview and then I go to the doctor to find out what in the %$## is going on with my blood pressure.

I really hate those electronics test because they ask you things you haven't seen in two years lol.

Wow I have had breakfast and lunch in the same meal but breakfast and dinner; thats a new one for me lol.

Thanks everyone.... it went pretty well and they are going to set up a test sometime in the next few weeks. Good thing I'm not in a hurry lol.

Ha Ha Ha no shit - My new job hired ne on teh spot and called me the next day to book my orientantion shifts and Im like aaahhh...I was planning on going away is that ok...LOL...

It has to do with all the components on electronic boards. Things like resistors, capacitors, transistors,logic gates, boolean algebra, binary language ac/dc voltages and just fun stuff like that.....

Breakfast: Large glass of orange juice.
(240 calories)

Lunch: chicken salad with two boiled eggs.

Dinner: Barbecue sausage, mashed potatoes, macaroni and cheese.

Snack: 3 tomatoes
(100 calories)

Snack: cottage cheese.
(240 calories)

Drinks: water, coffee, tea.
(0 calories)

Total: 580+ lunch and dinner so should be ok for today.
 
well today is going pretty well. The doctor just doubled my meds and man am I sleepy. I took a 3 hour power nap and could have slept the rest of the night. I don't know if it's the blood pressure pills or just the fact that I went to bed at 5 am and got up at 8 am. I'm thinking it was a little bit of both. as far as my meals, I didn't get around to lunch so my calories will be a little lower than planned but the barbecue will make up for it I'm sure.
