Way to go on getting to the gym 
Well the important thing is that you are back on track taking control of the situation. I'm taking it one day at time, every day when I wake up I'm saying to myself "TODAY, I will eat healthy and I will exercise. If I want a day off, that day is TOMORROW not TODAY" And then the next day I say the same thing.yea it's going pretty well. I would be more but I'm re-losing 40 pounds that snuck back up on me. That's life I guess but it's coming off this time. I'm eating better than ever and I got a gym membership and I just take it one day at a time. The good thing about being so large is I can still take in about 2000 calories and still lose weight; for now anyhow. right now I'm going to the gym about every other day because honestly being a big guy it just really zaps my energy.

My father in law showed up with about 20 pounds of shrimp today so It wasn't on my menu but now it is. 1000 calories should cover it. I'm sure it wont be that high because boiled and grilled shrimp are fairly low in calories.
Maybe walmart has one they have every thing else lol......

Aaawww - well cannon is right at least you stop and restarted before it got to outta controladn you are doign it now and doing great Hey can I tell you it wouldn't take much just to say stuff it and order a huge chocolate cake and a quart of Ice cold milk. Even when I came off of my diet a bit I was still making reasonable choices and thats why only 40 came back and not the whole thing lol...... I'm going to do it this time and once I get down to about 350 i'll know it's all working.
The other night when I stayed on for an hour my legs felt like I had been drinking lol. I could walk but it wasn't the straightest in the world. My legs are slowly getting stronger.
The one thing I hate about the weight training is it makes my scale go coo-coo.

Well back from the gym and beat. I did half an hour on the elliptical and then I worked on my arms, shoulders,chest and the elliptical worked on toning the lower parts lol. I was pushing myself harder than normal and after half an hour I was spent.
OMG is it morning already?????? I must have barely made it to bed before the sun came up. Todays food hmmmm, I have no clue I should have breakfast sometime before 2 pm.

Don't you dare lol. And in my own defense the piece of chocolate cake was this wide 1---------1 and about this long 1-------------------1 and to keep all the perverts at rest we are talking about chocolate cake lol. I am going to the gym but still kinda full so not sure about the elliptical. I think I'm gonna go and mess with some of the free weights and see how it goes. I'm not having anything else today to eat except maybe some grapes after the gym.I must eat a dozen lol JOKE!
It's strange when you cut out sugar and then eat some; it's almost a sickly sweet. I'm heading out now;I have to go do the pre employment DOT physical in the morning which checks everything under the sun. It's about a 4 hour physical and then I'll be able to start going to the safety classes Monday.
Well back from the gym. I did a hard half hour on the elliptical and thats about 595 calories for someone 374 pounds. After that I worked on my biceps, triceps and back extensions. I just didn't have the energy for a bunch. Since I have to get up about 6:30 am I was in a hurry but I wanted to get at least a few calories burned off. I hope everyones night has been going well....
