well today has been a pretty good day diet wise but I got a new laptop computer with that vista stuff and it refuses to get on my wireless home network. ahhhhh aint technology grand lol......
 
Well still going pretty good i just cant seem to keep motivation for the gym. It's like I always have something going on. It's just hard working out alone. It just really helps to have someone pushing you. I need to just break down and go during the day but I just have the feeling I'm going to be the center of attention.

On the laptop i talked to Fujitsu people and it's not on their end and then I talked to link sys and they say it's not on their wireless end. I'm gonna try again tomorrow and if that don't work I'm just gonna buy about 200' of cat 5 cable and lay down abunch of watch your step signs lol.

I have no motivation to go to Curves non at all...I hear ya htere for me I have no prob workin ou talone however - I just dont wanna go to Curves - LOL _ Im always so busy and the elliptical is easier to hop on at home with the kids around me...Im sorry how you feel abt beign the center of attention...and I am also sorry abt how rude and judgemental some ppl in this world are...

Stupid laptop - LOL...I think all this crap leads up to a gym work out ...

How old are your kids and Im assuming you have a wife ??? Could the 2 of you work out together ???
 
yea it's one of those days. it's strange but I really feel I'm becoming people phobic. I'm getting more and more self conscious about going out in public. I don't know just a strange feeling. Na my wife works and goes to school so not much time for working out. Now when I go to the gym it's mostly cardio. It feels pretty good just really have to get in the habit of going. I can make it twice a week just cant seem to get myself there more than that. When I don't go the gym I go for a swim in the pool here at the house but It just don't get my heart going like the elliptical.

Swimming is excellent exercise though:D:D:D!!!SO is walking - do you think about walking around oyur neighbourhood you could do that later on at night as well...

I love the term people phobia I have that to.I usually take my walks at night time in compared to when I made it to 175 (a month ago)I would go in the day time and since 192 blahhhhh I have felt like not leaving my house again which turns into 250 lbs so I am trying to snap out of it!

Your doing so good and I would say to you think of you and who cares what people are thinking BUT I am the same way and you do care what people are thinking or saying.
Anyway your menues look great and if you lived close I would go for walks with ya I told Cerella this to we would motivate each other and feel obligated and HAVE to walk even on the days we didn't feel like it lol.

yea it's something that has just come to pass since I have been having trouble getting a job I want. The oil company told me thinks that just wasn't the way it was and this safety company I just didn't really want; It's not really what I went to school for and the other just give you the " He's perfect if he wasn't so big" look. I guess I took a shot to my ego and everyone knows that men are 99.9 % ego it's a pretty big shot. Even though me and the wife don't really get along much anymore she still supports me and keeps me going. My father in law was tired of my on my hell; I mean dell computer so he went out and bought me a 2400.00 laptop. now if I can just get the $^%$^ wireless to work lol. So I have plenty of support around here, it just all gets to you at times.

Well I decided to have turkey and dressing today. So I got a whole turkey breast and brined it last night. It says it has like 170 calories per 4 ounces. That seems like alot of calories for turkey but It's probably the only big thing I'm gonna have today. Brunch was some cottage cheese then the turkey and dressing for dinner and a snack later at night. I'm going to the gym about an hour or two after dinner. I don't like going early but I need to get use to it. by the time I have the turkey and dressing with some cranberry sauce I'm sure it will be a 1500 calorie meal so that's why I'm going lite so don't call the nutrition police lol. As far as veggies hmmmmm..... the dressing has celery and onion it:rolleyes: . So should be a good day...............

yea it was pretty good. I'm sure the calories were high though but I should be safe.

Brunch: 2 servings of large curd cottage cheese. [130+130]
(260 calories)

Dinner: Turkey breast meat, mac and cheese, deviled eggs, sweet potato with butter and without the sugar(rest of the family had them candied :( ),
cornbread dressing, turkey gravy. Had only one plate so not a huge loss.

Snack: 2 granny smith apples. If I get hungry after the gym.
(110 calories)

Total: 370 plus dinner and should be well within 2000 calories.



Just in case I'm going to spend about an hour at the gym doing cardio after the food settles and then I'll probably take about an hour swim before bed.
Ill see how long I can stay on the elliptical and that will burn most of the calories during the workout. The only good thing about being so big is when I do something like that I burn alot of calories. The only draw back is I cant stay at it long. It doesn't take long before my heart rate is at the 150 mark and I don't want to push it much past that.
 
well just got back from the gym. I made 15 minutes on the elliptical and thats along way from the four I have been doing. any way it was 15 minutes on that at about 76 watts and thats probably pretty slow. Then I did 15 minutes on the treadmill, Then I did some light weights and then went swimming for about 15 minutes. I'm tired but feel good all the same. I don't honestly think an apple is gonna cut it; I'm starved. I kept my heart rate up to 145-150 which is as high as I want it to go. so all and all a good day. My calories will probably be fairly low tomorrow. Since I had the turkey and dressing today it will be a good day for fish and veggies............ g'nite all....
 
Well today is going good although I haven't eaten anything yet. It weird, I was hungry when i laid down last night but now I'm just not hungry. I might just make me a banana smoothie or something of some sort.
 
Hello I have done that once before a LONGGGG time ago,went to bed straving woke up and wasn't that hungry.Nannah smoothie sounds yummy if you can make them right,I tried once and I swear not to groos ya out but mine turned into snott lol it was so slimy,I was told if you freeze the nannah 1st the texture is better??Wow sounds like a good nite at the gym you mixed it up alot instead of doing the same ole same ole.Have a nice day Tammy

Yea I have to for a few reasons. First I just don't have the muscle tone to keep using the muscle for and extended amount of time. When I'm on the elliptical my legs/ thighs really start killing me so I switch to the treadmill or the bike. Second I just get bored really fast. The mp3 player thing helps but soon I'm just ready to do something else.

on the smoothie yea a fresh banana gives it an ummmm an unusual texture lol. Freeze the banana first and it makes it alot better.

Drinks: water, diet coke.

Lol don't let Cerella hear you say that lol even tho I agree it is a rough one.Looks like you menue looks great and 1600 cals better suites ya I heard guys are suppose to have more than women and I do 1200 cals which people also say is to low but I am actually happy and can be satisfied if I just make the right choice example 1 slice pizza or a WW meal I would get more with the meal.Goodluck at the gym once your there and get started you kind of get pumped and the energy kicks in,I felt draggy when I started out my walk lastnight then once I got moving I was on a roll.Have a gr8 day Tammy
 
Morning Tammy.... with my weight and all I should really be taking in more like 2000 or so. Think my stomach is shrinking because I'm just not hungry like I used to be. I still get the wicked cravings at night though.
