Ello everyone. Just thought I'd pop in and see how everyone was doing. The new forum looks ummmmm............ Well whats that saying about nothing nice to say lol. Everything is going well on this end. graduate in June so getting ready for all the hoopla. Weight has creeped up a few pounds but probably just the working out so not worried. Well talk to yall later

Howdy everyone. Every thing is going well just between school and the gym not much me time lol. Yup Ms. Tammy the grass is growing like weeds......... um it's texas, so it probably is just weeds lol.
 
stop making excuses and get back on that wagon. School is not an excuse to overeat. You are always gonna have shit going on in your life, thats no excuse to eat poorly.

You need to think about yourself first for once :)
