Heyas hilly,
Lol it is 2:51 AM and I clicked the calculator link
and it said 2529 so thats what I need to eat everyday to stay
the same weight(not that I want to)and not gain?I am saving that link
for when I hit my goal and see what I need to be at to stay the
same weight!Your doing awesome using that routine,it's kind of neat
and your not eliminating certain foods! Have a gr8 night I need to
sleep eventually lol! Tammy:)

Yea just remember that all Things like that have a certain error involved. It's not taking into account of frame size and the monthly problems that makes it really tough for women to lose at certain times. But as a rough scale thats how it works. What I try to to is take in what I should be taking in at the weight I want to be. The numbers are just a way to keep track of how many calories you didn't use. Now your unused calories shouldn't be as much as mine since your alot smaller and women in general require less calories than men. I like it and it seems to work. Now that I have my food scale I wont be over estimating high calorie meats and such. I think thats what cause my plateau before because what I was calling 4 ounces was probably closer to 12 and when your talking 400 calories per 4, the wrong weight will really kill your diet. I'm pretty sure thats what happened because I wasn't cheating except for my cheat night and everything just stopped.

Well last night was fine even with the coffee. The Only bad bad thing about the salad at Applebee's was the dressing tasted like one of those low carb ranch dressing and had this flat kinda taste. It was a huge salad and filled me up pretty well. The only bad thing that eating at 8PM I was starved by 4AM. I didn't have anything except a bunch of water so my calories we right on the mark. Well it's noon so I'd better get in there and make some breakfast....

Breakfast: 2 eggs, 2 slices of turkey bacon, 2 corn tortillas, salsa. {140+70+110+20}
(340 calories) 12 pm

Lunch: Amy’s Indian Mattar Paneer.
(320 calories) 3 pm

Dinner: McDonald’s bacon ranch salad with two pieces of grilled chicken and one ranch dressing. {260+120+170}
(550 calories) 6 pm

Snack: 2 sheets baked lavash bread chips and salsa sour cream dip.
{200+ 20+60} 9 pm
(280 calories)

Snack: 2 pears, 2 oranges. {193+140}
(333 calories) midnight

Drinks: water, green tea.
(0 calories)

Total: 1823
Maintenance calories 3553
3553-1823=1730 unused calories

^5 for eating great in your neighborhood at applebees
I had them Friday and and I had smah potatoes loaded
turkey club melt and 1/2 of a blonde :eek: :eek: !! You
did awesome!!!!!!!!!I just try to not eat at places like that
outta sight outta mind attitude except treat days lol!

Wishes yea I always seem to be on some other time besides central lol

Tammy yea I had to pass up the babyback ribs and steaks and even roasted chicken. The salad wasn't too bad just would have rather had a steak smothered with something or other lol. Yea this week I'm being pretty strict on my diet. I had the coffee last night but it was added into my calories so it was allowed. So I'm trying to keep my daily below at least 2000 and so far it's going well. Being so big and use to taking in over 3000 calories it just doesn't work if I only take in 1300 or so. I just feel starved so I'm shooting for 2000 without going over. I have replaced bread for the most part with corn tortillas and Lavash bread. If you have never had it it's what alot of places use to make roll ups. It's like tortilla but thinner and more flexible. The one I picked up is wheat and flax and comes in large burrito size sheets for 100 calories. Bread has always been my weakness lol. Pasta I have been doing without because wheat pasta just doesn't do it for me. I need to get a large container I can put pasta in and then measure it out. Only getting paid once a month it's going to be hard to buy good for me food and when I have to eat regular full fat food ill have to really limit my portions and that is going to be tough.

I hear ya when I was 255 (which is alot for some1 5"4)
I would eat 1500-1700 calories in 1 sitting specially places like Applebees
Ocharlies chedders I would eat at places like that 3 times a week that
would be dinner and then for lunches I would do drive throughs!!Mean
while at home for the late night munchies I would snack on chochlates
ramen noodles covered in cheese fried potatoes bake potatoes cheesey
tuna caseroles I swear I would eat and eat until 3 am :mad: !
So 1200 cals is very hard for me and after hours I feel starved when I
can't have anything.I bought some sugar free strawberry creamsavers
to suck on when I get hungry.

It's hard HILLY but I have a good feeling we will do it!! You are so motivated and motivating to and as long as you have a plan and stick to it things will

yea that sounds like a good idea. I normally make a cup of green tea and depending what type it is depends on if I add some splenda or not. It gets me through the munchies.
 
I chew gum, LOL...when I am in the car and or bored and when I work...If I feel the need to eat, it helps me...mind over matter kinda thing
 
Ehhh it's not a big issue. It just really gets bad when Im at home like today when there is nothing to do. school normally takes my mind of such things....
