Well, when it comes to bananas - I'm in trouble.

I had 3 today. I have to go to the grocery store mid week because I run out no matter how many I buy!

Man, I NEVER used to eat so many!

So Randy, how have you been? I haven't been to diaries lately, so can you give me the run down, did you hear about the job?

I SWEAR my body has been telling me I've been depriving it of potassium for YEARS and it's now going to make up for it in the course of one month.

I bought 14 bananas on Tuesday - it's Friday and there are 5 left :eek:
 
Hello everyone. Nannas everywhere lol..... I try not to eat to many since the calories are way up there. I try to limit them to one or two a day. I was getting some wicked leg cramps and my doctor told me they would help. She told me not too many though, something to do with potassium and my blood pressure medication. But oh I love bananas.

Reading between the lines; with that many mods on one forum there must be some serious trouble brewing...........

About the job this was my last e-mail.....

It's a long process. The way I understand it, six different managers have to approve me and then the main HR manager has to ok it all. It's a huge process and they aren't in too much of a hurry since they wont pull me out of school until march when my last quarter begins. I'm still putting in resumes just in case and I even got an offer from dish network but with the money they were offering, it just wasn't worth it once I figured in the drive time. So I'm waiting patiently..

Snack: 3 boiled eggs( I probably won’t have this but it’s calculated just In case the late night munchies show up.)

Mal it was very good but I wasn't expecting that many calories. It was my first meal so easy enough to compensate throughout the day. Well time for lunch....................

na hun thanks...... I normally wait a few weeks before I have a beer or something lol...... Tomorrow I normally go out and I told my friend that I was back on my diet and she said,"whats the point?" So don't know what I'm doing just yet. She thinks Chinese buffet is the only food when you go out. I can do it at a Chinese buffet but it's tricky. Most other restaurants menu have a salad or chicken section and that is at least doable. So tomorrow night is up in the air....
 
Oh Chinese buffet - my weakness!! They could have salad and healthy things until kingdom come but theres no way I can pass up coconut shrimp & chicken with sticky rice and egg rolls! *dies* ..lol. ;):D

Yes, maybe it's best to keep away until the diet is habit again....

And "What's the point?" Oh my gosh - the point is your health!! You've come sooo far. Nope that kind of negative talk can't be tolerated.
 
JUJU thanks alot it feels good to be losing again.

I picked up a food scale today and I'm going to have a ground beef steak or patty tonight and and I weighed up 4 ounces I found out I have been really over calculating how much meat I use when it comes to adding up the calories. I'm adding the calories in the uncooked weight so I'm thinking what I eat should be a little less after some of the fat renders off during the cooking process.
