good morning everyone. I ended up at a lan party last night that didn't end till about 3:30 am. Food was good yesterday until late when I had a hand full of m&m's and a mocha frap from starbucks :( . I should have been low enough on calories that I won't gain weight from it but it was still dumb all the same.
 
Hello all..... yea I was up so late it was early. I decided to watch some movies to wind down abit and the sun was coming up about the time I fell a sleep. I woke up about 9:30 and been running around ever since lol.

Yea the sushi is cut fairly thin and if it's fresh there is no fish taste hardly at all. If you're a Little squeamish I'd go for a California or Philadelphia roll or some of the smoked varieties. Just remember the green paste they give you ain't avocado and it is so hot it will blow the back of your head off wow......

The magic bullet was a gift so it's just not practical when it comes to feeding a family of 5. I am using it for sugar free sweets and small things I want to portion control. If I want a real Ice cream shake during a week moment I'll make it in that so that I'm stuck with the 8 ounce or so rather than the bucket without the handle you get at the fast food stops.

I'm not planning on doing much partying for the new year. We are going to drive farther into the country to moms house and do the cabbage and black eyed peas and some sort of sweet goodie will be there. If I drink I will wait till I get back close to my house and stop and get me a pint of Cognac or jack and that will about cover it. I'll let everyone else celebrate national hangover day lol......

Breakfast: 0

Lunch: sushi, miso soup, 2 crab puffs, a green salad.

Dinner: Applebee's something or other. Maybe a salad or something like baked chicken. It just depends on what they have.

Snack: 1/2 a banana with 2% milk and some splenda for a melted shake kinda thing...........

Calories ummmm about a billion and five........lol


I should still be in my range below 2500 calories give or take.

jello shots blue pucker with blue jello and some watermellon with vidka plus
there is going to be beer yegameister moonshine and other beverages lol!

well I added up the mocha frap and the m&m's and I just squeezed under my maintenance calories for yesterday. So It shouldn't be a gain:) or a loss:( I guess thats the only good thing about being so big is that my maintenance calories are way up there. It can be a good cushion on a bad day.

Well I did it and thats that......

Tomorrow is going to be the new year feast so I'm gonna be extra good today and not even have any calories from drinks today. I haven't had breakfast yet so I'm gonna start with that.
 
Breakfast: 2 eggs, 2 corn tortillas, 2 slices of turkey bacon, ½ can of diced potatoes. {140+110+70+113}
(433 calories)

Lunch: ½ cup of white rice with some butter. {320+100}
(420 calories)

Dinner: small tuna steak with some fresh spinach seasoned with two slices of turkey bacon. {140+40+70}
(250 calories)

Snack: melted shake thingy; 2% milk with vanilla and splenda.
(260 calories)

Snack: 2 cans of tuna in water with light salad dressing {300+20}
(320 calories)

Drinks: water, two cups of unsweetened cinnamon green tea.
(0 calories)

Total: 1683 calories
Maintenance calories 3597
3597-1683=1914 unused calories

Well I think not sleeping much caught up to me. I fell asleap and ummm it's 8:49 pm and I need to eat lunch or would it be breakfast again?

well i see that you are in your cycle. :rolleyes: you know what why not focus on something else other than work and food consumtion. you deserve to have fun on the regular. you are worthy whatever weight you are or what kind of job you have. i just want to give you a big hug.. and tell you that you will be ok. which you will be. you have many friends on here that have never seen you and love your company. that can't be said for everyone hun. so go to sleep then get up and out. go for a walk and if you don't want to be bothered do it at a park not in your neightborhood.

Well today was ok except all the sleep. I finally managed to get all my calories but it took until 11:00 pm. Tomorrow I'm not real sure of the eating plan. Going to moms but I can expect a huge buffet to be served and there will be at least one dessert there. Thank goodness tomorrow is the last holiday for awhile.
 
Well I was playing with some BMI numbers and for me to get down to a healthy BMI it says My weight can be no more than 189. I'm 6'1" with a large frame and I just don't see that happening. Thats way to tiny, I may have to settle for getting out of the obese stage and just be happy with overweight lol.
 
OH , Kenny is the one that always dies, Im not a big fan of the show, LOL *EMBARRASSED* But you popped into my head when I saw that...almost time for the girls and I to ring in the new year...
