Hello everyone.... The fruit is a nice change and it kills the sweet tooth for the most part. I did have some sugar free candy but that was more a chocolate attack lol.
I never realized fruit had so many calories. With my meals it hasn't been too much of an issue. My calories might not get to my projected range. I feel asleep and unless I make a big fruit basket and dump the smoothie on top I might not get it all in lol. Even if I don't It's a small percentage of my intake so it's not that big of a deal. It's better less than too much........
 
Good job on the cals and healthful eating!! I have been doing that myself!! i need to get in the habit of recording my food on here again. You have a greeat evening!!:)
 
i had a choc attack last nite!
A whole tray of Ferraro Roche choc was passed to me!!!!! And i ate 6!:rolleyes:

Heheh.... thank God i didn't go over my calories too.

Girl I have always liked fruits and veggies. The only hard part about the veggies is I'm use to them being cooked down in yummy pork fat products lol.
It's an adjustment using salt pepper and a little butter in it's place. Not equal by any means lol. It's like cabbage; if you boil it it taste like boiled yucky cabbage but if you fry it with a little bacon it gets all sweet and yummie lol. As long as you limit it only one tablespoon of 120 cal oil and some turkey bacon its only about 250 calories for the whole head of cabbage. Just experiment and if you don't like what you cook, the dogs will love you for it.
 
Heeeeeeeeeey HB!!! Good to see ya ol' pal! Looking good in the new year! Don't stress about the cals in fruits and veggies, for the most part they're all catabolics and burn up their own cals and then some in digestion..no worries, eat away! :)
 
Hello everyone. everythings going ok just more rain ugggggg. Went and had some salad for lunch and dinner probably chinese. Thinking sushi and maybe some baked fish something or other. Just hate days when calories are a total mystery.....
 
I can understand not liking the days that you have no idea how you did for calories. But it couldnt' have been too bad.

Breakfast: banana

Lunch: two salads and one bowl of soup at a salad buffet

Dinner: two pieces of sushi, stir fried mixed veggies with shrimp, small soup bowl of white rice 1/2 cup.

Snack: venti Cinnamon dolce(550 calories)

Drinks: water, 2 diet cokes and that^


With such a large maintenance calorie limit I'm not worried. Tomorrow will just be a super good day on calories; maybe even a little low to balance the scales abit lol......
