a Hillbilly diary

Don't worry, I eat at weird times, too. I break up the meals into three for convenience, but the truth is that I usually eat almost all the food that I list in the morning. I really need to get better at spacing it out ^^'

But I shouldn't talk about me in your journal! Just commiserating =D
 
well the meals have been off the wall today due to the time. I didn't know what to call them since the first meal was at about 2:20 pm and the second was about 6:30pm. It's been one of those days.

First meal: egg sandwich; 2 eggs plus 2 egg whites, slice of cheese on whole wheat. {140+34+70+140}
(384 calories)

Second meal: roasted chicken leg quarter and wing with some instant brown rice with some homemade butter.{ 220+100}

Third meal: can of condensed vegetable soup.
(250 calories)

Snack: melted cheese sandwich.
(210 calories)

Total: 1164 + the chicken


Lol a melted cheese sandwhich could this be a "GRILL CHEESE":p

I can never get breakfast down during finals weeks.

Breakfast--- 0

Lunch--- 2 McDonald’s chicken sandwiches. {370+370+damn}
(740 calories)

Dinner--- egg sandwich; 2 eggs plus 2 egg whites, slice of cheese on whole wheat. {140+34+70+140}
(384 calories)

Snack--- frozen cauliflower with butter
(230 calories)

Snack---chicken salad; canned chicken, light mayo, mustard pickle relish, onion. {240+20+15+15}
(290 calories)

Drinks--- water.
(0 calories)

Total--- 1644 calories
 
Hi there I'm new in the forum! I'm just wondering reading almost all of your posts in this room how you're doing! :) Really good on cutting back calories there :)
