Dinner: pork blade steaks cooked down in gravy, Brown rice, homemade wheat bread, corn with some butter.

Snack: Lima beans seasoned with turkey bacon and some onion. {490+70+20}

Snack: some sugar free applesauce.

Drinks: water, Tea

Total: 1080 plus dinner ( should be less than 2000 calories)
 
me too but eh.. no biggy. Long as portion size is about average. Your bread sounds sooo yummy!! Baklava revenge? ;)
 
Howdy ya'll.... Well today has been going ok. I called the plastic company and they are just waiting for some big wig to sign off on my paper work and I should be for an orientation on Monday sometime.

yea wish they would hurry up. I got a friend of mine at the school an interview Friday. I'm all for being a nice guy but had to make sure I had a job first lol. I felt a little off today and when I woke up from a nap it feels like the full blown flu coming on, damn weather change. Ever notice how the medicine is where it is supposed to be till you need it.
 
Hon that sounds great. Much better than the liquid salt in the can. Ever since the surgeries due to the staph infections my immune system has never recovered.........

It doesn't help when you from from the 90's to the 60's. It's a hard adjustment.
 
lol.. 'liquid salt in a can' yuck.. that's not chicken soup. :rolleyes: I make fresh stock & sometimes home noodles. Mmmm..
