Well today is going pretty well though I'm way behind on on eating. It's four thirtyish and have only Had breakfast. I got an hour of yard work in and now just waiting on the sun to get a little lower it's crazy hot out there.
 
sounds like you need a treat and a way to get up to your calorie limits for today!

son, we've had this discussion before... you must feed your body... your body will be kind to you when you feed it.. otherwise it will be a cranky cuss... :D

Mal I know just been busy busy.........

I took out some skinless, boneless chicken breast for dinner. I'm thinking of steaming the chicken and putting in a brown rice with some Mexican spices and topped with a salsa for dinner. That or I'm just gonna be lazy and inject them with some goodies and bake it. Today wasn't too bad other than food. managed to get 3 hours of mowing in today and just as I finished I looked at the back yard and it's growing again. "#%#%%"

Breakfast: 2 eggs, 2 slices of turkey bacon. {140+70}
(210 calories)

Lunch: Sandwich; Slice of cheese on wheat. {140+70}
(210 calories)

Dinner: Chicken of some fashion, not sure yet.

Snack: 2 Toasted peanut butter sandwiches with fruit spread. {280+200+80}
(560 calories)

Drinks: water, tea
(0 calories)

Cutting the grass for 3 hours= 433 calories burned per hour*3= 1299 calories burned
BMR is 3553
Total today is: 980 + Dinner

get a sheep - they'll keep the grass short and it could always be dinner later.. :D

ya know.. you've got kids.. my dad always made me go out and cut the lawn.., the house in connecticut sat on 4 acres... on a hill - fun that wasn't..
 
The oldest is 12 and she has trouble with it and the other two are just too young. Once I get working the first thing I'm gonna do is put up a fence and get those goats and sheep. If one starts moving a little slow it'll be BBQ time.
 
Well everything is still going ok though I'm tired for some reason. I'd just go to bed except I have about 3 pages of electronics homework. It's real tempting just to dog tomorrow off as well. I still haven't got the truck inspected and I hate the thought of getting another ticket. The only thing keeping it from passing is I have a stuck brake light sensor on the dash. Think it's time to put some of my electronics know how to work and jump around it lol. Other than all that mess life goes on. One of these days I'll get around to eating on a more constant basis. How does that song go? " your body is a temple thats what were told, how come I treat this one like an old honky tonk."

Just checking in. Congrats on the 4lbs and I'm glad your back is feeling better. Leave Cartman there....I like to look at him. He makes me smile.
 
Well it's a brand new day. Man I hurt. I think I way over did it yesterday. I think I'm gonna skip breakfast and just have an early lunch I'm just not hungry. I woke up with headache and sore. Think it's just a bad case of manapause lol......

Skipping a meal?? Are you trying to start a riot in here??:eek: I know you are very intelligent, and aware that skipping meals doesn't help weight loss. Please, don't do that!! Stay on course, you have to eat!!

you know I'm not happy unless I start at least one riot a day. I just felt bad think my blood pressure was doing the mambo. I ended up with two pieces of wheat toast with some butter then I had an Asian salad from McDonald's. It's way low but I'm thinking sonic for dinner and that will wayyy make up for the calories.
 
The only thing about this high calorie high sodium dinner is I'll be flushing out salt for three days lol. I don't think I have had a cheeseburger since I stared this diet and now I feel the need....

Lunch: McDonald’s Asian salad with dressing. {140+90}
(230 calories)

Dinner: Sonic double cheeseburger with mustard and jalapeños, large tots with chili and cheese.
