I came on here to ask you a question... do the people where you live get obsessed with high school football? So much that it seems like you're going to a play off game for some professional team? That's how it is here and I thin it's weird but my husband said it's like that in Texas so I thought I would ask you! :)
 
well... except for the booze part, you did pretty well.. lobster, though high in cholesterol, is low in calories and good for you.. :D

Now.. is the plural of ya'll all ya'll ? :D

hf- high school football around here is a much bigger event than that pro stuff lol.....

maleficent- yall is more for just talking to the guys, Ya'll is more of the proper form you give to the police lol....

dariqueen- No I'm not bothered by it, I just have alot of calories to walk off.

heidi- if she hadn't been one of those special friends you only see once in 10 years I would never have taken in that many calories. The drinking well I have always had a natural ability to hold more than I should lol. Well today is going to be light in calories since last night I took in three days worth lol.....

yea the only thing I do differently is I don't add cokes or juice. i just really don't need the extra calories. So I was still shaving everything off I could. The bad thing is with all the extra calories and alcohol and stuff I haven't been hungry today. I went to the store to pick up some fruit and nothing really looked that good. Its prob a sour stomach left over from all the food and booze. Other than being extremely thirsty I have no ill effects lol. Any way just a dull day but not much to do. I think I'm going to take a break from all the studying, my next test isn't until Tuesday so think I'm going to sit, play the xbox and just relax a little.
 
Well if you're going to be cheating Dom Perrignon and lobster sure beats Jack in the Box. Glad you guys had a good time :)
 
M it went well. I didn't even think about electronics, Heck I didn't even plug in a toaster lol.

Cannon she paid for that high priced grape juice. I have a simple pallet and couldn't tell the difference between that and cold duck lol.

Yea shes in the military and I don't get to see her much since she travels so much. It was nice to have a blow out.
 
Your reunion sounds like one heckuva good time! Except for the Jack (just can't stomach it), I love everything you were able to enjoy. When you have excellent company, it make everything that much better too.

well today wasn't over calories but I didn't eat like I should.

Breakfast and lunch---0

Dinner- a few barbecued ribs, slices of brisket small scoop of tater salad and a small scoop of BBQ beans. oh an two slices of white bread{bad me}

Snack will be 2 servings of special k with a banana {110+110+110+120}
(450 calories)

so 450 calories plus the barbecue plate
 
I have been thinking what to do that will be a major achievement. I think when I lose enough weight like say another 50 pounds I'm going to go back home to Fredericksburg Texas and climb enchanted rock. Its something I haven't done since I was a kid and the top was always out or reach.

I have done the dessert thing. This is something big I can do as well as burn a butt ton of calories. I'm setting the other 50 pounds for two reasons. The first is the lighter the better and the second only nuts climb a 500 foot dome rock in the middle of a Texas summer lol. I have tried it in summer and its not the thing to do. Besides, once it cools off we will probably just camp there over night or so and make a weekend out of it. Yea I have some better pictures, those are just generic ones. I have to scan mine once I find them.

Calories to maintain weight 3583 calories
Total today is 1436

So 2147 calories the old body will have to pull from storage.
 
So she paid for the Dom Perrignon too? I don't suppose the reason you only see her every 10 years or so is because she moved to Chicago? ;-)
