well the friends thing i guess you just have to take with a grain or pound of salt depending on the situation. Last night went good except a last min bowl of chili. It was only some turkey meat, onion, a quarter of a can of white Italian beans; I forget what they are called. Then just some spices. I was only up to just under 1400 calories so I came in well below my 2000 calories limit. It was one of those nights you want some brownies or a cake or ice cream so you end up with chili lol.
