well today went pretty well on the food plan. although I didn't add the turkey and such to the acorn squash so I have about 250 calories i need to make up. I'm still way below my 2000 calories so basically I can have "most" anything as an extra meal. I know ill be up till at least 3 am so ill use it for another small meal. It would be a perfect time for the mango papaya smoothie but they aren't ripe yet....:(
 
Oh Lee - I hear ya with the friends bit...ya just gotta love sitting next to someone who clearly has some weight to lose who says to you "Oh, I so admire how far you've come and how you can stick to your diet! I've been trying too, but, well, you know, it just isn't that easy". As they dip into an order of chili cheese fries.

Hey Lee! Sorry your friends aren't being really supportive. My friends are the same way so girl- friends aren't really that much better! I think it's because they are all skinny and can't possibly understand what I've gone through. I mean they are all size 7's and are asking me why THEY are fat!!

So, don't worry! You are doing great!!
 
It is hard with friends. Its hard to get them to change their lifestyles. I try and make good choices when I'm put in those spots, but there's only so much you can do. Glad to see you're feeling better again.
 
well the friends thing i guess you just have to take with a grain or pound of salt depending on the situation. Last night went good except a last min bowl of chili. It was only some turkey meat, onion, a quarter of a can of white Italian beans; I forget what they are called. Then just some spices. I was only up to just under 1400 calories so I came in well below my 2000 calories limit. It was one of those nights you want some brownies or a cake or ice cream so you end up with chili lol.
 
hmmmm calories are a little low. If I get hungry later I'll have more salad.

Breakfast: triple espresso
(0 calories)

Lunch: banana
(110 calories)

Dinner: turkey steak with ¾ cup of wheat bread stuffing. {200+170}+ A salad with homemade blue cheese dressing. {About 300 calories}
(670 calories)? it’s not that high but a close bet.

Snack: granola bar
(110 calories)

Snack: 3 tangerines. {45+45+45}
(135 calories)

Drinks: water, tea
(0 calories)

Total: 1025 calories
 
I normally would but finals are next week so just really busy and not overly hungry..... mmm a mango pineapple smoothie would be good right about now though.
 
I know you're busy with getting ready for finals but **grabbing wishes because two making a stance is better than one** breakfast is your most important meal of the day honey child!!!!

Okay, I'm done ranting on you. Hope your week is off to a great start.
 
yeah yeah yeah -- you listen to Miz Scarlett and Wishes. I dun tole ya before.. you can't run a car on no fuel... you can't run your body on no fuel neither... make your self to go packages the night before if'n you're pressed for time... :)

Howdy yall..... well i got through all my lab finals ok now just all the academic stuff. I'm not listing everything I eat since all my time at the computer lately seems to be on Microsoft word::::yuk:::::. I have a 50 problem final in electronic circuits and analog circuits. its funny this stuff I doubt I will ever use, it seems more in the design stage but its part of the degree. I have been eating breakfast even if its a granola bar or some such. I'll try to find time for a weigh in on Friday.
 
Hi there Hillbilly just checking in to see how things are going and wow does that ever sound like quite the final. Sounds way out of my comprehension. I hope you do well!

I noticed that you are doing really well with your weight loss. 66lbs now! that is great to see!
