a Hillbilly diary

well today is going pretty well. I have been light headed all day. I think my blood pressure is doing its little dance. today is going well, I'm on target with my food. I don't normally eat dinner till about 9 pm but my stomach has advanced its clock. I go back to school tomorrow and I normally do better on those days..... I still need to bang out a 5 page report and a resume' and cover letter. Man I really need to stop waiting till the last min to do things.

I'm a little late on this but.....you threw back spadefish?? :eek: :eek: :eek:

That is my favorite fish to eat....you would not believe how delicous they are. We only get them here in the summertime. Hubby even caught a citation size this year. If you get a chance, try it...I promise you won't be disappointed. And after you get them back to the dock they lose their black stripes and they look a little less like aquarium fish so it doesn't seem so creepy. LOL!!!!

Great job on the weight loss....I can't believe you're already to 65 pounds. That is amazing!!!!! You are doing so well and you will be at that goal in no time, Mr. Baggy Pants!!!!

they're really mild and creamy....nice fat white fillets. And they're good just about every way I've cooked them.

Sorry, you probably think I'm the crazy fish girl now!!:eek: :eek: LOL!!! But I have to clarify that it's just because I am married to a fanatical fisherman.

drinks- large glass of milk, water
(220 calories)

Total 910 calories

been feeling bad all day, ill try and throw something together before bed

well i know I'm not going anyplace, I would have to get better to die..........

all joking aside I'm feeling a litter better though I may ditch school tomorrow. I'm prob going to have a lean gourmet pizza and that will give me about a 320 calorie boost to the numbers up a bit.
 
how you feeling today lee? There's a lot of germy stuff going around right now....and end of summer is the WORST time to not feel well. Hope you are on the mend.
 
Thanks all, just had a bad reaction from some medicine I got from the doctor.

Breakfast: 0

Lunch: 3 eggs, 3 slices of wheat {70+70+70+70+70+70}
(420 calories)

Dinner: wheat crackers, ham, cheese {12+60+120}
(192 calories)

Snack: McDonald’s fruit and yogurt parfait
(160 calories)

Snack: Bowl of rice crispies and 1% milk {120+120+110}
(350 calories)

Drinks: water, tea,
(0 calories)

Total: 1122 calories

 
Thanks all, Stomach is still a little Topsy turvy but OK otherwise. Yea not a bad today, I'll have to work on that breakfast. I'm not expecting much on the scales this week after not eating much. we shall see sometimes Anna{yes i named my scale} really surprises me.
