Lee, I think you've done a great job cutting out the sugar. That and caffeine have to be the worst withdrawals to go through. So kudos to you, my friend.
Also, with the eating potatoes and rice this week....I'm really starting to believe in this faking out your body every so often with something you haven't been eating. That way it doesn't think it's being entirely deprived. Any kind of deprivation your body thinks it's getting it starts to "hold on". So if we fake it out every once in a while it will keep on losing. Looks like you are a testament to the theory.
Congrats on the three more pound....your total lost number just keeps getting bigger while you keep getting smaller. Cool!!!
